Disappointing

I ordered and paid for a pair of boots on February 26th. By March 7th, they were still not showing as having been dispatched, so I contacted Heavenly Feet to ask what was happening. My email was not acknowledged. I emailed again on March 9th. This time I received a reply, saying that the boots may have been incorrectly stored at the warehouse, and that staff were doing a sweep to see if they could be found. The following day, I received another email to say that the boots could not be found. It said that the boots will not now be restocked until the autumn; I had purchased them at a discounted sale price, and assume that, when they are restocked, they will be full price. A refund was issued. My main concern was the amount of time that had lapsed between my ordering and my having to chase up my order, with no communication or updates. A very disappointing experience.

*I was interested to see an answer from Heavenly Feet to another review that a full stocktake was carried out on February 17th, 9 days before I placed my order.

Hi Lyndsay. We're so sorry about the mix up with our warehouse. We try our best to make sure stock levels are always up to date, but occasionally and error like this can happen. Brussels Airlines ruined my holiday

Brussels Airlines mistakenly logged me as a "no show" on my outbound flight and consequently cancelled my return flight. I found this out via email when I switched on my phone shortly after landing. My short break in Brugge was marred by the stress and worry this caused me. I made a total of 16 phone calls to their call centre in India, each time having to go through the whole process again, arguing that I HAD taken my flight, I was calling FROM Belgium, had the stamp in my passport to prove it, etc. I cried, I begged for help, was promised countless times that someone would call me back, no-one did. On the morning I was due to fly home, I took to Facebook Messenger to ask for help. I was told I had to make my own plans to get home. After three hours of arguing with the representative there, my flight home was finally reinstated, leaving me with a mere four hours to relax enjoy the rest of my stay. I did get a call back from Customer Services - three days after I arrived home! I have launched a formal complaint via their website, their initial reply was that all was OK because they reinstated my flight, and that, in future, if I needed urgent help I should ring their Customer Services! They completely ignored the fact that I had told them that I'd indeed rung them 16 times during my 2½ day stay and no help was forthcoming. Their representatives appeared to have difficulty with comprehension, and quite a few had poor English and accents that were difficult to understand. I have since lodged another official complaint and have stated that I will be claiming compensation. Apart from the Auto-generated reply, this complaint is being ignored, despite my sending several further emails asking for a response.

I'm trying to catch up with Des

I'm trying to catch up with Des, I was ¾ through episode 2 last night. I've forwarded it to where I think I left off. It keeps showing the "Des" opening screen, then goes back to more adverts. I've sat through about 15 minutes of ads, including Virgin Media 4 times.
Update: I've managed to start rewatching Des, but I've not fowarded it far enough. Think I'll give up now 😠

Giving up

Have tried to pay about 7 times via PayPal, each time it says "order failed" before it even links to the site. Clicking on the basket to try and get back to my order takes me instead to the reviews. Now the PayPal option has disappeared completely. This has taken me at least an hour, phone battery is down to 26%, hence I'm giving up and going to Asda instead.
