Disappointing
I ordered and paid for a pair of boots on February 26th. By March 7th, they were still not showing as having been dispatched, so I contacted Heavenly Feet to ask what was happening. My email was not acknowledged. I emailed again on March 9th. This time I received a reply, saying that the boots may have been incorrectly stored at the warehouse, and that staff were doing a sweep to see if they could be found. The following day, I received another email to say that the boots could not be found. It said that the boots will not now be restocked until the autumn; I had purchased them at a discounted sale price, and assume that, when they are restocked, they will be full price. A refund was issued. My main concern was the amount of time that had lapsed between my ordering and my having to chase up my order, with no communication or updates. A very disappointing experience.
*I was interested to see an answer from Heavenly Feet to another review that a full stocktake was carried out on February 17th, 9 days before I placed my order.
