Heavens Guardian is a scam in my…

Heavens Guardian is a scam in my opinion. They advertised my city in their Discord for $1,800, but when I checked their website, it was listed for $2,400. When I asked why the price was marked up by $600, they claimed it was “for SEO.” That explanation makes no sense when customers are the ones being charged the inflated price, along with their additional 10% fee.

What makes this worse is that none of this pricing behavior was clearly disclosed in their terms. If you browse their website, you’ll see many cities listed for sale, and it raises serious concerns about how many other people may have been overcharged.

On top of that, people who speak out in their Discord reportedly get blocked or removed instead of having their concerns addressed. A quick search on Reddit also shows multiple complaints from others claiming they were scammed or treated unfairly.

This company should be investigated and reported to the FTC so more people do not lose their money.

Svar fra Heaven Guardian

We’re sorry to see that you felt dissatisfied with your experience, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for future readers.

Heaven Guardian operates as a marketplace and middleman service, not as a simple classified listing platform. The seller payout and the final public website price can differ because the public price may include buyer-side service fees, payment processing costs, promotion/marketing expenses, transaction handling, warranty coverage, and marketplace operating costs.

We acknowledge that our communication regarding this process could have been clearer, and we are currently improving transparency around how listings and pricing structures are presented to sellers to avoid misunderstandings going forward.

It is also important to clarify that no customer lost money in this situation, no transaction dispute was involved, and no funds were taken from the reviewer. The concern raised relates to pricing structure and listing presentation, not to fraud or a failed transaction.

Regarding moderation on Discord, users are free to share opinions and feedback. However, repeated disruptions, insults, threats, or spam may result in moderation actions in order to keep the community respectful for everyone.

Since 2019, Heaven Guardian has helped facilitate a large number of account transactions, and we remain committed to improving transparency, security, and support for both buyers and sellers.

Svar fra Heaven Guardian

Hi Agus,

Thank you for your feedback.

We understand that waiting for payment confirmation after transferring an account can feel stressful. Before releasing funds to the seller, our team must first verify that the buyer has received full and secure access to the account. This verification step is important to protect both parties and prevent disputes or recovery issues after the transfer.

Once the transfer is fully confirmed and secured, the payment is processed to the seller as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and your trust in Heaven Guardian.

Update: The payment has now been successfully processed.
