The product I bought was around $100 and it stopped working after two uses. Their refund policy is 14 days which is ridiculous. It’s a scam. I will do all I can to never by online again.

I had the Cosara pump bought for me as a Christmas present. It worked well for one month, then just stopped working. I contacted Cosara and sent them a video of the the broken pump. They agreed it was broken, I asked for item to be replaced or refunded. The best Cosara offered was a 50% refund. I told them that’s not good customer service and broke consumer rights. However this is all they would offer stating, I have had the product longer than 14 days.
To top it all I am three months in a still haven’t had any refund what so ever.

Customer service said they would arrange to send out a replacement. That was 4 months and 5 emails ago. No product, no follow-up unless I email them and then I just get the run-around. I'm done with this company. I would not buy anything from them unless you want poor service and substandard products.

Worst company ever!!! I ordered the Sweet Muffins pocket stroker molded off of the hot gothic onlyfans girl and as of 3/9/26 it still has not been delivered!!! She was promoting her toy to her Instagram page so I decided to check out the link on her story and it linked me to this god awful Cosara website. I emailed them several times asking when they'd ship it off and they kept hitting me w/the random almost "AI botlike" responses.
"We'll check our inventory with the stock team and we'll let you know when it ships off" !!! I emailed these guys three times and was answered with that same exact message. Eventually I got upset and emailed them again complaining about if they were ever going to send it off and I made it sound like I was losing my patience. Eventually they finally hit me back saying that the package was damaged in transit and had to be re-packaged!!!
So I follow up with another email after they claimed it was "re-packaged" asking well where the flying f&ck is the tracking numbers if you claim it was sent off? They just now FINALLY sent me the tracking numbers a few days ago from some unknown tracking website I had honestly never heard of. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if the tracking website is some fake site that makes it act like I'm actually going to get my package. At this point it seems like I'm never going to get what I ordered. It's been 20 days now and I want either a full refund or my darn toy
Will never order from this site again. I've seen other reviews that claim this website is ran in America but it seems like it's ran in some sweatshop overseas. Because there is no fathomable way that it would take 20 days for any reputable "toy" company to take that long shipping off an item!!! Ended up just ordering a fleshlight from the Spencer's website and it only took 3 days to get to my house compared to Cosara still not delivering my package!!!

Product was purchased on February 23rd and received on March 5th. To receive a refund the item must be returned in 14 days this is almost impossible with the shipping method.

The item seemed to charge. Blinked constantly. When attempting to use would not turn on. Or if it did for a moment. It was charged correctly. Just cheap junk. Unfortunately cost me $100!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
WASTE OF MONEY
This unit is VERY slow. Unless you perform like a SLOTH, you will never reach the finish line with this thing. If you want to finish on Thursday, you need to start on Monday. Absolute waste of money. Not even going to bring up that it is loud and will notify everyone within 100 feet that you are trying to enjoy some alone time. Seriously not worth the money. Their customer service is terrible. They will tell you it is performing as intended and offer you a 25% discount in "good faith", and keep the other $75.

The Flesh product, doesn't do any thing but a vibration, ymthe so called it does sucking mode, just hear a clicking sound when turned on that mode. Long story short it just has a little vibration to it nothing else.
Don't do business with Cosara - shady
Received the product, which wouldn't take a charge after 15 minutes of charging - defective. Contacted support - they asked me to troubleshoot, ok. One of the three suggestions was to use a different charging cable. The unit they shipped had a proprietary charging cable - one wouldn't have a spare unless you bought multiple products from them. After I answered their troubleshooting steps, customer support did not respond to me for 10 days. Their phone number is disconnected (Try for yourself 1-307-533-5170). I sent another email stating that if I didn't hear from them I'd be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. They replied quickly with their returns policy (google it...Trustpilot doesn't allow URL's) which states that the product must be in the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item and subject to a $14.99 restocking fee. Shipping back to them is on you as well.
Oh wait, there's more! From their returns policy webpage: "The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item." So you'll have to buy it again - they won't just ship you a replacement, which means you get to pay for shipping BOTH ways. So, if you want to return a defective item, you pay for shipping to you for the new product, pay for shipping back to them for the defective product, pay a $14.99 'restocking' fee, then pay for shipping back to you on the re-purchase. On an $85 product you'll spend more in shipping than the product, which is probably worth $9 made in China.
Update: they offered a 25% refund to avoid paying for shipping again and again.
If you're thinking about buying anything from costar.com, I'd think twice if I were you!
STAY AWAY - PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK!
I placed this order to give to my wife as a stocking stuffer on Christmas day. We opened the package a couple days later, cleaned it and used it one time. I placed it on its charger and charged it for 3 hours using the same high-end, surge protected charging station that I charge thousands of dollars of computer and AV equipment on with no issue. Went to use the toy again, it turned on and then immediately turned off two seconds later. I have had numerous emails containing suggestions and troubleshooting from the customer support team. Those efforts all failed. I uploaded a video and gave them shared access to my Google drive so they could witness what I was experiencing. We have been going back and forth now for 2 weeks, and they now suggest I file a claim, but when I go to do so, the system tells me that I'm not eligible to submit a claim. We have used the toy one time - that's it. I was offered a $40 refund. I found that insulting, seeing as I paid over $100 and simply expected it to work. All I'm asking for is a replacement. This wand simply won't hold a charge. I own my own business and am partners in two others. I would really appreciate it if they would treat their customers the way I treat mine. I always make sure they are satisfied. My name and my reputation is all I have. Again, I'm not looking for a handout. I just want to be able to enjoy some intimate time with my wife when the opportunities arise. Thank you.
