Worst experience ever
Took longer than expected to get paid. I did get paid so that’s the only reason I’m updating my review.

Hi Jason,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
During the transaction, you chose to use the proceeds from your sale to purchase another account instead of receiving payment immediately. Unfortunately, the account you selected was no longer available, which resulted in additional processing time before we could proceed with the payout for your original sale.
We understand that this delay has been frustrating. Your payment is already scheduled and will be processed within the next 24 hours.
Thank you for your patience, and we wish you all the best.
EDIT: Your payment has now been sent. Thank you again for your patience, and we hope you'll consider updating your review to reflect the final outcome of your transaction.

At first I had some doubts
At first I had some doubts, but I’ve been guided by Tan to give an accurate price (as a seller) and then the step by step process to give a sense of security for both the seller and the buyer! Would 100% recommend for safe and secure transactions.
Gedo.

One of the worst transactions EVER
One of the worst transactional event I have ever dealt with. There were so many delay in receiving payment, it took almost a month after transferring accounts. The steps they require to process on the buyers end are completely out of your control, and you are stuck waiting for 3 way communication, that honestly felt like it happened once a week at best. It was a situation of this is the process, but wait there's more.... "one more step", ? more step, its should only be another 24-48 hours", "it will take just one more week, please be patient" .... 26 days from transfer until payment (which was short by an extra 1.5%, not the 10% they claimed) NEVER EVER AGAIN..... also I recommend finding another service.

Hi Anon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Security is our highest priority during every transaction. In this case, the account was linked to Facebook. While most transactions are completed and paid within about 7 days, Facebook-linked accounts can take up to 30 days due to Facebook's ownership transfer process. To protect both the buyer and the seller, payment is released only once the account has been securely transferred.
Regarding the additional 1.5%, Heaven Guardian only deducts the agreed 10% seller fee. We also cover the standard PayPal fees; however, in some cases PayPal applies additional charges depending on the recipient's country, which are outside of our control.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but these procedures are in place to ensure every transaction is completed safely for both parties. We appreciate you using Heaven Guardian and wish you all the best.
Very good service ❤️

Definitely give them a chance to earn your business.
HG Ops is truly a great assist to the HG team! They helped me navigate the unbinding process with WoS. It was a very indept process that took over a month to get done because as we all know the in game support is a nightmare. I couldn't be more happy with the services.

After a very sad scammer experience with some random person i was very untrusting of third party sites.
But HG team has been an amazing experience!
Constant reassurance, very clear step by step and very good communication!
Sometimes you have to wait a bit for a response due to time differences but they always clear everything up immediately when they are available.
Never doing any third party deals or top ups with anyone else but HG ever again!

I was buying a WOS gaming account
I was buying a WOS gaming account. The service was great. Fast responding time. The team was so supportive and helpful in every stage if the process.
They helped both sides all the time. It took about a week what is acceptable because of the difficult processes.
I felt save and always secure. They informed us during the whole time.
I would do again without hesitation.
Thank you guys!
