The Heart of England Co-op Funerals has always been committed to providing client families and their loved ones with the best possible level of care and support during a difficult time. Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. They understand the needs and feelings of the bereaved and the importance of spending time helping families to plan a funeral that truly reflects the life of an individual. In order for us to maintain the highest level of quality care and to continue improving our services, we have created five commitments that we will follow rigorously and strive to live up to ... #1. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. We ensure that our people have access to regular and ongoing training and accredited professional qualifications and we only recruit people who can demonstrate the behaviours required in our business.

with all the meetings I had with the…
with all the meetings I had with the team at the co-op I was treated with compassion, friendliness, and patience. (Patience especially when getting the order of service to how I wanted it).
Because they listened and the small details they added like wearing green ties because of the irish connection the funeral went exactly how I wanted it. A big thankyou to all concerned for making what was a very distressing time a lot easier to deal with

The funeral director was very professional and understanding. She helped guide us through a difficult time and everything went without a hitch. We were very pleased with the wicker coffin we chose and the flowers were beautiful

We would like to thank Paula from Ansty…
We would like to thank Paula from Ansty Road Coventry and Diane who visited our home to help my husband and myself decide on our funeral plans. Not an easy task but was made easier for us by Diane’s care and compassion. She made us feel at ease and comfortable to discuss what we both wanted. The paperwork was all completed for us and we were happy knowing that our wishes were now in place. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Everything happened as planned
Everything happened as planned, and as far as I am aware there were no mishaps. We were very well looked after from first entering the office to arrange the funeral to being dropped off for the wake. Thank you very much

From the very first phone call,throughout and up to my father's service i cannot praise enough everyone that i dealt with. In particular I wish to thank Karen Cafearo and the Celebrant Tracie Bloor who both showed me and my family such kindness and compassion. The service delivered by Tracie was absolutely beautiful and much appreciated. I would not hesitate to use this company and Tracie in the future. Many thanks.

Exemplary Service
We would like to thank Sam and the entire team for their guidance and help. We cannot praise everyone there enough for their calm presence and patience whilst taking us through the most heartbreaking time of our lives.
Sam was great with everything, including himself and the team wearing sky blue ties to match our request for mourners to wear sky blue.

Exceptional Support
I cannot thank Jordan enough for everything he helped me and my sister through when we lost our mum, myself especially. From the first meeting with him all the way through the process to the day of her funeral, Jordan was helpful, understanding and had a good sense of humour especially when we would either ask or say something bizarre. I appreciated his help so much leading up to the last few days when I was panicking that I had missed things, he was very reassuring that everything was fine. And they were! On the day of mum's funeral Jordan and Beth were amazing, on the way to the Crem and on the way to the wake, very professional but relaxed and friendly too.
I would highly recommend Jordan and Beth to any family needing their support.

Michelle did everything she possibly…
Michelle did everything she possibly could to ease the process of sorting my husband's funeral with careful consideration and compassion. Even coming in on her day off so that we could have a viewing with my husband before his cremation. Thank you so much Michelle and the extra tissues and hugs were very much appreciated too.
Emma looked after us on funeral day and again with professionalism and compassion.

Massive thank you to Amy and Emily at the Co-op Foleshill branch. They were very professional, caring and went the extra mile in making sure we gave my dad the perfect send off. No request was ever too much and they were accommodating to our requests. What was a stressful time was eased through solutions they would offer so that the funeral could take place within a certain time frame. Thank you again.
