Our colleagues are professionally trained to the highest standards. They understand the needs and feelings of the bereaved and the importance of spending time helping families to plan a funeral that truly reflects the life of an individual. In order for us to maintain the highest level of quality care and to continue improving our services, we have created five commitments that we will follow rigorously and strive to live up to ... #1. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll always have someone to talk to. #2. Every step of the way, we’ll explain all the options available to you. We’ll give you all the time you need to feel confident about making the right choices for you. Together we can create a completely unique and personalised service – the way you want it to be. #3. We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. We ensure that our people have access to regular and ongoing training and accredited professional qualifications and we only recruit people who can demonstrate the behaviours required in our business.

Joyce, Janet and Leah were a highly courteous and sensitive team when it came to arranging our father’s service. From the very first phone call through to the visits to make arrangements, they were accommodating aswell as offering excellent guidance.

Outstanding service
I am so glad I chose Heart of England in Brackley to arrange my dad's funeral. Everyone who works here is amazing and everything is done with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. If I ever had any questions or worries, the team were always there to answer my call and did so with great kindness. I didn't quite like the design of the order of service but they persevered with the designer until it was perfect. I honestly can't thank them enough. They made a very difficult time that bit more bearable.

We would highly recommend this company
The service and level of care throughout the whole process was excellent. The process was explained to the whole family in a caring and gentle way. Throughout we were all supported.Dad was treated with dignity and respect.There was always somebody we could contact for support. We would like to thank all the staff involved. Particularly the two gentlemen who came to take dad after his passing, and Jenny for her professional,caring and supportive way of guiding us through to the end.We would definitely go to the Bedworth branch should the need arise in the future.

Direct cremation at its best
I would highly recommend the Co-Op Heart of England Funerals as they were very caring and helpful in addressing my wife Gillian's direct cremation,
They answered every question in great detail and went above and beyond to help me.
My special thanks to Michelle who organised the paper work and a very special thank you to Ryan in keeping me updated from start to finish with information in organising the collection of and scattering of my wife Gillian's ashes
I can not say enough about the quality of service they gave me
I shall return to organize my own pre-paid funeral plan.

From our first visit to the branch at…
From our first visit to the branch at Bilton Road, Rugby and throughout, the service we received was excellent. The staff were professional, caring and helpful. The day of the funeral went as perfectly as we had hoped. The celebrant Tracie Bloor prepared the most beautiful and memorable service for our Mum.

This is a tough review as who wants to use a funeral home, however I can wholeheartedly say that The Heart of England Co-Op Funerals ‘held my hand’ throughout the whole process. No question asked of Ryan was too silly and he and the rest of the team in Nuneaton and Hinckley were so kind.

Highly recommend Lower Holyhead Road team
I used the brand at Lower Holyhead Road for my mum's funeral and they were amazing. From Janice who met me at the branch to make all the arrangements, to the lady who showed up to the chapel of rest to visit mum, to Georgette and her team who led the funeral on the day. I cannot fault any of the staff or organisation. They were dignified, professional and kind at all times. Communication in the run up to the funeral was second to none, and they took all the worry away from me. Highly recommend!
