If I could give no stars I would. Customer service appalling - never respond until you raise a chargeback with your bank then customer services spring into action. Avoid at all costs- please learn from my awful and stressful experience.

Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. I have spent the last two weeks attempting to contact Ayuna through multiple channels.

For a brand that markets itself on conscious, considered values, the complete silence from their customer service team tells you everything you need to know about how they actually treat customers. The polished branding and lofty “less is beauty” philosophy mean nothing if they can’t be bothered to respond to the people spending their money with them. The quality is terrible.

This is not a one-off attempt – I gave them multiple opportunities over an extended period to do the right thing. They chose not to. That is not a mistake, that is a business practice.

Spend your money with a brand that actually values its customers.

This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. The item they sent looks nothing like the photos. It’s basically trash. I requested a refund, but they never responded to my emails, and my money is gone.

Below any stars. Took 2 months to arrive. Wrong item arrived. Refused to refund. Do not buy from them. Seems same reviews from many!

If there would be a negative star to give, I would. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! Theybstart off very friendly and accomodating until they get your money for a very cheap sst of jewelry. Clearly misrepresenting. Once you get your item which takes 2 months minimum to arrive and you request a return and a refund they disappear.

Do not purchase from this business, it's a complete scam. They will take your order and money and then send you tracking that will never arrive. When you try to contact them they will email to say it's held up at the couriers please be patient, but then you getting nothing from them. I wish I would have read the reviews here first before purchasing, looks like they have scammed a few people and need sitting down.

I never received the items, they haven’t responded to my emails and I have been waiting over 2 months. It sounds like this is experience of a lot of people. This company needs to be shut down. All the reviews on their website are fake, just like them!

I wish I'd checked on Trustpilot before buying from Ayuna. They are truly an awful 'company'.
Waited over 4 weeks for something to be delivered to which when it arrived, the packaging was so badly damaged. I ended up buying a different bracelet off Etsy as it was a Christmas present.
The customer service is appalling and they have been delaying the process of a refund.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

I bought two watches from a YUNA in November and December 2025 forget the free bracelet it is just cheap metal. The first watch was a Cartier two tone and the stem fell out. The stem is the push and pull button on the side, the right side of the watch so that you can set the time and date. It just fell off in my hand. The second watch was a Rolex with fake diamond, basil, and diamond numbers when that I received the watch open the box tore off all the plastic that I was afraid I was gonna break the band on the watch. I noticed two stones are missing from the diamond bezel! I have sent them four emails two to their address on the webpage and two to another address they had listed their WhatsApp number is bogus. They do not have a WhatsApp account in the Netherlands. This is just a cheap Chinese company the way that your package is delivered it’s just left on your doorstep not padded not package safely like a watch should be. It’s just a cheap white Lindsey jewelry box neither of the watches came with any instructions on how to set the date. I was ready to take them in to have them sized, but some tool came in the last package like a screwdriver looking thing. I feel bad for all the customers that trusted this company and purchased Christmas gifts because of this happened to me. It happened to more than me many people received a gift that are now unusable because of Shawty workmanship and cheap products! They are a scam. They do not answer emails and their WhatsApp phone number is bogus.

Cheap looking tat. You can actually buy the same jewellery on Temu. I bought a few things for Christmas gifts. Company took my money quick enough but didn’t want to ship the jewellery. I think if I hadn’t made payments through Klarna and contacted Klarna about this company I wouldn’t have received anything because this company ignored every single email I had sent them until Klarna contacted them to say they weren’t getting anymore payments until I had received what I was paying for. Took over a month to get here and tbh I wish I hadn’t of bothered. My mum didn’t like her jewellery and my daughter won’t wear hers. The jewellery smells like old junk metal. Looks cheap. Avoid like the plague!! Go over to trust pilot and you’ll see the other people they have scammed or tried to scam.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your time and especially your money on this Website. These people are scammers, liars and cheaters. They will take your money, tell you that the order shipped but you will never receive it. And don’t waste your time sending them e-mails because they will not respond. Buy from a reputable place and this is not one.

Company falsely advertises their jewellery as “fine jewellery” and 18K gold plated when it is not. Refused to issue a full refund. AVOID at all costs if you don’t want to waste your money. They admitted they are aware it isn’t 18K gold plated and only gives the “effect” of 18K plated but states all over their site that this is what the products are made with.

SCAMMMM! Save your money and buy the exact same products from Temu!

I ordered a bracelet and waited over a month for delivery. The tracking eventually claimed it was delivered—but it absolutely was not. I even have the postal scan from that day confirming no package was received. When I contacted the company, they refused to refund, or replace the item. Their response? “It’s your problem.”

This company takes your money and washes its hands of any responsibility. Don’t risk it. There are plenty of reputable businesses out there that actually care about their customers and stand behind their products.

Ayuna otherwise known as Shumin Huang from Guangdong China are an absolute Fraud! Don’t fall for their exclusive packaging!
I ordered the clover trio set and it came slapped in a plastic bag from China with the necklace and earring broken!
It’s such cheap shite and it’s straight up a Temu seller. DONT BUY !!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for over 1 month for my jewlery.
The shipping company that they use which I have never heard of claims that they delivered my package.
I have emailed the company twice.And they have not responded. So I have no jewelry, and my money is gone. Also, as stated in another review, this company is not out of Amsterdam. It is one hundred percent a scam. Buyer beware

Honestly - wouldn’t buy a damn thing online anymore without checking reviews. I’ve been duped myself by a company called Mila Rosabella. Won’t send a return mail label, no refund despite saying I can keep the goods (which I’m happy to return), yet emails assuring me the refund has been processed and offering me more deals. The Company site looked so legit.
Sorry to all of you honest people who have been conned and thanks for sharing to warn others.👏🤪

Buyer BEWARE. They never delivered my package, and went silent when I asked for a refund. This does not look like a legitimate company. Not coming from Amsterdam like they claim. It is shipped from China. But it may never come.

Ayuna Jewellery is a drop ship business despite claiming they are head quartered in the Netherlands. The items I ordered were shipped from China. While it finally arrived after 3 weeks, they arrived in a cheap bubble wrap packaging with no box and the sender address says ‘Ayuve’ at Smithfield NAW which is a courier business providing drop ship services. The earnings were packed in a small plastic bag. I haven’t wear the items yet so I can’t speak of the quality but I know for sure I can get the same items from AliExpress with just a fraction of the price I paid to Ayuna!!!
