I ordered from this company over a month ago I wish I had checked here first! I ordered 2 pairs of socks they took more money from my account than the order amount and have never sent the socks! I have emailed numerous times and they just keep saying its on its way but they cant give a tracking number yet. I demanded a refund but they said its not allowed as product has been shipped. They just keep repeating the same thing. Do not order from them!

Ordered socks that had hidden costs, were overpriced, took way too long to arrive, look nothing like the picture and are of terrible quality.

Well, after ordering on 22 October my order finally arrived today, 25 November. I know they come from China but, over a month.

Ordered socks on 22nd October 25. Not received anything contacted customer services and they keep lying to me saying they will chase courier.
Repeatedly asked for refund but they just sending generic message generic reply

Ordered on October 11th and followed their tracking up to the point where it was passed to the local delivery company. I have spent the last 4 weeks chasing them for local delivery company details, tracking and expected delivery date. Sam reply every time; we'll ask the local company to update their tracking details. I checked the postcode of the "delivery company" and it is a housing estate in Lincoln. I asked for a refund last week and got the same tracking email. Today I logged a disputed payment with the bank. I have also reported them to Meta. Next, I am going to report them to London Trading Standards as their registered office is there. Finally, I will report them to National Cyber Security. It's the same story as everyone else, so it must be a scam and needs to be shut down.

Can not believe I didn't check them out first! Placed an order for the socks much like everyone else at the beginning of October. Tracking took a while but seemed like they might arrive. When I chased and asked was told they had been resent! Why would a company do that without telling you. Truth is they wouldn't after 5 requests to cancel my order which we are ignored. Went through paypal who refunded me within 2 days. Do not fall for it!

Ordered pair of socks 13 October, all appeared ok on tracking until they arrived in Cardiff where they have supposedly arrived and got stuck. Fobbed off by Hearthwarm ever since with promises of them arriving. New tracking link which doesn't work. Currently reporting to credit card company as fraud. DO NOT USE

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Overcharged me on my order. It’s almost a month now and still no socks. Refusing to give me my refund and keep just telling me to be patient.
Do yourself a favour and do not use this cowboy of a company. 1 star feels too generous.

Oh! the wonders of hindsight on the ‘’following your gut instinct’’. ‘’should have read the review sites’’ and ‘’don’t be a sucker for social media advertising, especially after having enjoyed a tipple or 3’’ fronts.

I fell for the Sloth Socks one with Hearthwarm

Realised the error of my ways within a couple of hours when I spotted they had taken more money than was stated on the order invoice.

I immediately submitted (as per their policies) a cancellation and refund request.

And I’ve now enjoyed 8 days of their generic replies and useless tracking information, especially where they contradict the information containing in the tracking links THEY sent me.

It turns out (as I did a bit of heckles up digging around) that all the following companies, offering virtually all the same goods and offers must be linked as they all have the same return address;

So SO Many RED FLAGS missed !!

Nothing received in spite of numerous emails saying that goods were on their way. Avoid at all costs.

Its a total scam. I bought a couple pairs of warm socks from it, and the scamming had started from the beginning. First they overcharged me but sent me the wrong invoice of correct prices. Then they sent me an email saying the package has left the US depot, it was updating every 3 days but not moving anywhere, it happened for a month and suddenly tracking stopped. The package was still in US after a month. After 30 days of purchase date, I emailed them to check on my parcel, they kept saying on the way only. Got frustrated and asked for refund as I could clearly see the parcel is not arriving anymore, they refused to refund saying it not our fault the logistics are delayed. I asked them how long you want me to wait before I raise the issue again with you for refund, the reply was they don't know, it could be any length of time. They kept saying the same thing again and again, its on the way, logistics got it wrong, its delayed.. its a piss take to read the same email reply again and again whatever the question you ask to them. Its a total scam. I don't know if there is any but wish these kind of scamming websites could shut down by customers effort. They are lucky the rating could not go below 1 other wise given 0.

Scam site. Fell for the AI image sloth socks. Socks looked great on the instagram advert, real chunky knitted socks. Wow, what arrived were horrendous, cheap shite. Avoid an save yourself £20

I purchased an item 5 weeks ago and its still not arrived keep getting fobbed off that ots on its way and sent to a shipping company they wont tell me about - Do not buy from this company

Please don't fall for this scam of a company. I ordered socks, they took a month to areive and look nothing like advertised. Just a cheap pair of socks with a felt animal attached!

As per the majority of other reviewers, I ordered the sloth socks. They took payment for £18 despite the invoice stating £14.

They took 7 weeks to arrive. Tracking showed them coming from Tulsa to the UK, but the envelope stated China when it finally arrived.

As for the items themselves, neither cozy nor knitted.... Thin socks with something resembling a sloth in a wind tunnel, made from a distorted bean bag.

Despite a few attempts, they offered me no more than £4, so I raised a PayPal dispute which was successful.

Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a pair of these socks for my daughters birthday on the 20th October.
They eventually arrived on the 18th November and when I opened the package, the socks look nothing like the pictures.
They are just a normal pair of very thin socks with a rubbish animal sewn to the socks at 4 points.
I was offered £4 compensation when I contacted the company.
I am currently raising a dispute with my credit card company.

Scammers on instagram

Huge red flag, here. This company is beyond any doubt engaged on a hugely fraudulent enterprise. Learn from our experience. We ordered four pairs of cute novelty socks for Xmas gifts at a cost of £46.76 and paid on a debit card. Nearly four weeks later, there was no sign of the goods being delivered. Repeated emails to “Heartwarm” elicited only boilerplate assurances that the shipment was now with the carrier, that they would be telling the carrier to get moving, and simply to be patient and we would receive our delivery. We never did. The final straw for me was when I got an email from a carrier called “APG”, telling me they were going to deliver on 19 November. When nothing arrived, I contacted the carrier, quoting their consignment reference, who told me that they had not received the package from the supplier, so it was not on their system. I checked my bank account, and as luck would have it no money had as yet been paid to Hearthwarm. I instructed my bank not to pay any transaction from my account to that payee. They advised me to cancel my existing debit card, which I agreed to do, and issued a new card immediately. If you’ve ordered from this company, I urge you to do likewise. This is a huge purchase scam enterprise. Avoid it at all cost.

I too fell for the cosy looking socks which I thought would be a great present for my daughter, when they arrived I was so disappointed! They look nothing like the picture, they look like an old ladies pair of tights with a poorly made sloth attached.
There was No nice packaging as in the picture, they were stuffed into the smallest cellophane bag they could find to save on shipping I imagine.
The stitching was all coming undone where they had squashed them in the bag, they are the worst thing I have ever brought online and now I need to find another present as my daughter would probably cry if she saw these, a complete rip off, don't buy from them.
