Reading Terms & Conditions can be hard to assimilate, but having them explained verbally by the professional l was lucky to make contact with, gave me complete confidence l had chosen exactly what l needed this time.
The previous insurer made it difficult to claim which worried me in the event of anything serious.
All was negotiated for me, my current month's premium was refunded from the old insurer + confirmation from the new one was seamless.

I have used the free service of the Health Insurance specialists for several years now and they have always been very helpful in getting me the best private health insurance deal.
This year there was a bit of a glitch as I had to chase them up. They thought that my renewal date was a couple of days later than it actually was and they hadn't contacted me in plenty of time. They were very apologetic.
This has never happened before and it would not stop me using their normally five star service. They are very polite, friendly, and easy to talk to and I had a direct line to the person that was dealing with my renewal when I had further queries.
Apart from the necessary phone questions for a different insurance package, I was guided through the process and all the forms were dealt with for me, and the set up did not take long to complete.
Because of the new insurance policy being taken up with a different company, was only being dealt on the day the other expired, it meant that the previous insurers had already deducted my annual direct debit to them for 2024 before their policy was cancelled. I am assured that will automatically get the money back soon, as there is a 14 day "change your mind" clause, and at this stage I have no concerns.

My advisor was efficient and helpful and was able to get me a better deal for my insurance . Thankyou.
