12 days after order placement the merchandise had still not shipped. When email communications had failed to discover a shipment date, an attempt to reach a live representative was met with an”order only” company representative. I was told that order status requests were handled through email only. When pressing the person for a phone number, he became very condescending. I was told the following: “you’re lying”, “your panties are tied in a knot”, “you have a cute lisp” amongst other derogatory comments. This is by far the poorest form of customer service. No merchandise, no ship date, no live person to talk to, poor customer service has resulted in my order cancellation.

Great products and great customer service as well as a great hassle free lifetime warranty on their led headlights and other products!!!

This is an amazing company with the lifetime warranty. I purchased two sets of lights for my Honda Pilot 2017 and Ford F150 2015. This really makes my car looks really nice at night. I highly recommend purchasing the lights. I experienced an issue with my lights yesterday on the F150 flicking and they respond immediately.

The company has always stood behind their product and has always been extremely professional in handling any problems I may have had. They are very fast in their response time and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My wife drives an older Mercedes C300. The factory headlights leave a lot to be desired. I replaced them with Headlight Experts. The difference is night and day, literally. Now a couple years later, one of the headlights is dimming. I made one phone call and they are replacing both lights under their lifetime warranty. Prompt service, quick turnaround. Thank you HE.

Awesome products and great customer service in a timely manner. These headlights are top notch and do what they claim to do. Would recommend!

I am a repeat customer. Overall a decent product but the only phone number you can reach is for ordering new items there is no phone number for customer service problems or issues with their products, only email. In the past I have sent them to defective lights and never received a timely response. I have recently had problems with them taking nine days to get me an item they promised in two to three. All of my emails back and forth with them show a distinct 'customer is always wrong' attitude. I will not deal with them again.

Before I purchased the LED headlights, I researched different manufacturers of LED headlights. Headlight Experts was the only company that strives to duplicate the position of the LED inside the lease to match the position of the filament of the original bulb. This position projected the widest and most intense light without changing the original height of light projected. I was impressed by the almost panoramic view at night. Great LED,s.

I have bought multiple sets of LED lights from HE and they have always been great to deal and will be my go to for all my automotive LED lighting.

Been using them for 2 years, and they perform better than the stock halogen bulbs. Ran into some issues with one of the lights, but the customer service was able to replace it even after all this time.
