I recently purchased some of these bulbs for my Challenger. It was a hassle to figure out how to get them to work. When it did finally work, there are so many wires with the decoder etc you cannot put them back into the back of the light and put the cap back on. So we left the cap off. Worked fine until I got my car washed then the passenger side no longer worked. The next day it worked again but I decided to replace them with new ones since I see this becoming an ongoing issue. I feel I wasted $185bucks on something that had no way of working out well long term. I will not be purchasing from this site again and will tell others my experience as well.

I purchased LED lights for my motorcycle. The product is very nice but beware of shipping cost. The company is listed as being in Wilmington, NC but after I received the package, I was billed by FedEx stating that the LEDs came from Canada and that I am responsible for the fees.

Although the issue is product failure regarding a xenon product, the customer service representative namely Allan, was very proud professional and courteous. To resolve my issue and went above and beyond, it's a resolution. I have been a xeonpro.xom customer for a very long time and have always enjoyed their products daily in all my vehicles. I will continue to use their products as well as suggest the products to others. I was very impressed by Allan's resolution to the product failure and going above and beyond. Thank you.

I had a warranty claim for my LED headlights that I purchased in 2022. I reached out through there Live Chat on the website and within minutes, they had replacement Kit on the way. The expert I talked with was very nice and helpful, top-notch company that backs their products.

Right from the start this company has been super easy to deal with. When I had questions before installing my lights a rep answered them very thoroughly. As I drive mostly at night I burnt out the low beams and had to request a warranty replacement today. That was the easiest warranty replacement I've ever done. The whole process might have taken 5 minutes and was absolutely hassle free. I will be puting these lights in every vehicle I buy.

FEDEX did not deliver the package as expected, and the package seemed to be lost or significantly delayed at a FEDEX location. When I reached out to XenonPro to resolve the issue, they verified the package was lost/delayed and immediatly expedited a new replacement shipment without any additional charges.

I contacted XenonPro because I received an email that my order was delivered and had not received it.
The customer service was outstanding and the representative addressed my concern right away.

Kevin was very helpful and informed of the lifetime warranty which I didn’t remember. I have delivery issue with FedEx to the address XenonPro has registered. Kevin did his best to navigate the issue but all is well.
