Wrong product sent, refunding is virtually impossible and it’s scammy

They sent me the wrong lights and they play games with you about the return, guess what?? They did not give me my money back. Out $90. Read the other reviews, this company is a scam and fraudulent

The parts supplied were old used parts and did not work , Do not waste your money on this supplier , Still trying to get my money back through Paypal , Ebay guarantee was useless

These ppl are total VANKERS.
avoid if possible.
They basically ignore my emails asking for proof of delivery .they won't contact the delivery company for info regarding where they left it, if infact it's been delivered. They have no respect for a customers needs. In the top 5 worse purchases in my life
it's only $40. But the ignorance is such bad customer service .

Sent LED bulbs that did not fit. I had 2 mechanics confirm, sent a side by side picture of the existing bulb in my car and the replacement sent by Auxito and they admitted it was the wrong bulb/fit. When I requested a refund (couldn't wait for replacement to be mailed), I was given several different resolutions, none of which was a full refund or covered shipping. Then they offered a percentage off and said I could give the bulbs "to a friend". Bottom line is they didn't cover a refund for their mistake. Terrible communication that dragged on for well over a week. Do not trust this company. There are many other reputable companies in this space so STAY AWAY!

I had bought some H4/9003 LED headlights that were excellent, but I had one that went out at about the one year mark. I do not know who my agent was but he/she/they were a part of the Walmart Customer Service Team for Auxito. Did a great job. I sent my documentaion and was sent brand new H4/9003 LED headlights. I'm very pleased with Auxito customer service and I commend the agent(s) that assisted me in this matter. I hope they get a raise/promotion for 2026. They did a great job for me on handling my issue. Thank you Auxito Walmart Customer Service Team :)

My brother bought me a pair of LED H4 replacement lamps from Auxito direct they lasted less 6 months. Having a 2yr warranty l contacted them, gave them the order number, attached pictures as requested on the web site when doing a claim and heard nothing. Chased up my e mails still no response! Avoid this company, great lamps but they dont last, the warranty is useless as is a non existant customer service

Ordered an LED bulb for my Honda Ridgeline. Took forever even tried to cancel. They sent a motorcycle bulb. Said that's what I ordered. I used their search criteria but it must have defaulted to a motorcycle so Tried to return for refund but they refused. Then offered 20% back. After back and forth for over a week now they've decided to not help at all. Don't order from this Chinese company they are a joke and im out 29.00

Put these headlights in my mustang and my wife's car and was amazed at how much they improved light over stock lights.. they claim at the beginning of ads that they can last up to 55,000 hours but right after 2 yr warranty expired I started having different problems first with one fan motor would lock up and light would overheat in nite traffic at a stop light. Then another light on mustang lost half of its beam on dim.
Then one in my wifes van just stopped working.
So I removed them and since out of warranty put original bulbs back in while I research for a better brand. My advice is do not buy this junk as it is impressive at first but if your lucky might go out under warranty..
I am now using the original halogen headlights in 2002 mustang gt and yes they are awful in output compared to led but they have lasted much closer to 55k hours auxito claims in their ads.
Will buy another brand a friend has had great longer than 2yr results in his truck and will give update but my suggestion is do not buy auxito headlights as they do not last and will likely fail in any number of ways at or just out of warranty but far less hourly life than their ad of possible 55,000 hrs tricks you into believing.

They are a bunch of disrespectful and unprofessional people who will not answer my question regarding their LEDs. I purchased a set and I had a question regarding the O-rings that came with it. There's already a black o-ring on the LED and then two red O-rings and a little tiny bag. They would not confirm whether I should use it or not or remove the black ones and install those. They've ignored my emails. I sent them proof of purchase and nothing. This company is trash and everybody should know not to buy this brand.

JUNK product and EVEN WORSE Customer Service.
NONE of the bulbs fit inside the housing, and their customer service team refuses to give me a return label AND they want me to return the item to the UNITED STATES?!

I bought a set of 4 Auxito T20 7440 amber "anti hyperflash" indicator LED bulbs off ebay Australia a while ago (from a store called autolamp-auxito) to replace the incandescent bulbs in my 2022 Toyota Prado. For some reason these are the most popular LEDs here. Amazon and ebay are dominated by this Chinese brand. ("Lucky country" Australia is the world's biggest dumpster of military grade chinesium rubbish, so it absolutely makes sense that there are no competitor alternatives).
Anyway, I just wanted to make sure I never had to change those bulbs again, as they are really painful to access in this model.
Guess what: they started hyper-flashing after the first year. These are obviously not suited for the Australian environment, the hot weather plus the heat they generate in a small enclosed space kills them. The search continues...

I purchased 3 different sets of Auxito LED Lights. I gave 2 positive reviews and 1 negative review for these lights. Auxito only published the 2 positive reviews and refused to publish the negative review for the set of LED lights that were defective. I question the exceedingly high rating of Auxito's LED bulbs on their website because they obviously choose to publish only those customer reviews that are favourable to their product.

Overall great experience with AUXITO ran into a few issues and customer service was so helpful resolving issues ,the quality of the bulbs are great !

H4 9003 LED motorcycle bulb.
This item was delivered very quickly and at a discounted price.
I fitted it to my classic 1973 Yamaha RD200, with some modifications to wiring and a replacement H4 reflector glass.
I wasn’t expecting the bulb to be as good as it is.
I rode for an hour along dark country lanes that the original lighting system failed to provide adequate light, and the difference was exceptional.

Low and High beam provided a bright, clear white beam, and the current draw was also less than a halogen bulb.
I am now able to ride this bike at night and see where I’m going.
I am considering fitting these bulbs to my other motorcycle.

No response to messages, listed phone number is bogus...

Auxito does not stand by their product. I purchased a full set high and low beam led lights for my truck. The driver side went out after a few hours. I contacted them a bout the defective bulb and their reply was " you need a canbus decoder". For the driver side only???? All of the other lights work just fine. According to them their led's are not compatible with the drivers side of my truck?! I have been running led's in my tuck since 2016 all different companies never had an issue and decided to give Auxito a try for a brighter bulb...well, now I know and never again. Auxito is trash!

The products itself are very amazing , I accidentally ordered the wrong bulbs and were kind enough to accept my exchange and was very quick and responded to my emails quickly! Overall great customer support would deff buy from again

Avoid with all costs. Right from the beginning H7 low beam led units flicker constantly so that the brightness and light area changes every 30sec. Also in the othe one of the led units other side of the whole diode gets offline almost immediately after turning lights on. Occasionally it gets back on but most of the time it is off. After reporting the problem in Aliexpress store front, they requested to flip around the right and left light units. Not so surprisingly the problem persisted. Customer service said that ”seems that there is no problem anymore”. After correcting that the problem is still valid, here is the ridiculous reply copied: ” Friend, please don't worry. We have just verified with the factory that this is usable. Our product has a shelf life of one year. If you encounter any problems during future use, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you here”. So do yourself a favor, stay away of this garbage
