Bought a MacBook Pro at a great price even though it was delayed HDEW kept me up to date and when it arrived it was perfect. Great service as usual used HDEW on numerous occasions and found them excellent to deal with.

Cheaper buying new with HDEW than buying 2nd hand from MPB. Both offer 1 year warranty, no brainer.

I hadn't heard of this company before my purchase and found them on a google search. I was a little apprehensive at first, but having read positive reviews about them and calling them to make further enquiries, I figured that it would be safe to order from them with the knowledge that the extra security my credit card provides.
My camera and lens were not in stock, and was promised a delivery of 7-10 working days so I was delighted when they arrived early, within a week.
I was happy with the assistance I received on the phone - they were most helpful. They also score highly for keen pricing and prompt delivery. I would not hesitate to use them again for further lens purchases and am happy to recommend them to friends and family.

I have used HDEW cameras in the past for the purchase of Canon lenses as well as various accessories. The latest purchase was a branded Canon ‘lens protect filter’ and it arrived as before, on time, well packaged and in excellent condition. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending HDEW cameras. They are the real deal and cheaper than the rest but all GENUINE equipment. Ive even had my lenses accepted under the normal Canon warranty as well which is even better. Dont be put off at all. Get yourself some excellent genuine kit at competitively priced goods

Very good prices, smooth transaction and delivery. Products as described. One of my lenses had been split from a kit but was perfect but not the pretty retail box.
Have dealt with them on several occasions over the years and have never had to chase them up over anything

I just bought my third camera from HDEW since 2019. Also bought a few lenses during that time. Never had an issue. Not always but very often you get your stuff brand new cheaper from HDEW, than second hand on other sites. Too good to be true? That's what I thought for a long time before my first order.

It's very easy to write a bad review for a company so let's take time to write a good one.

We bought a camera from HDEW. It arrived the day after ordering and in perfect condition.

After taking a few test shots we discovered that it was taking very poor quality pictures and so we e-mailed HDEW and explained this and that we would like to return the camera for a refund.

They asked us to return the camera and the next day they accepted our situation and sorted out a full refund.

So, well done HDEW. I've still got to choose a different camera but when I do I will definitely order from you again.
