The prices of their new equipment are very competative and below other retailers. The condition is new, but sometimes from overseas.

However if you need an item quickly their delivery is slow (7 working days), and there is no tracking update until the item is due to be delivered.

I didn't believe the offer, when I saw it. In fact, I was getting paranoid before the arrival of my purchase that I had been duped by a low-ball offer. But it was true, my purchase arrived within a week, and I had no complaints. As it was a gift to my daughter, I can't speak for the camera, but it came with a 3 year warranty.

I've used HDEW Cameras a few times now and have always been totally satisfied with the products I have bought. I was at first dubious as their prices for new gear are often lower than the same used item in the UK but after a lot of research and reading reviews I decided to give them a try.
