I admit I made these purchases based on price alone. I had never heard of HDEW before and was apprehensive but the opportunity of saving over £100 was too much to let pass. I need not have worried, the equipment is brand new and in original packaging. The service was quick and delivery within 5 days. Excellent, I am delighted!

Purchased wrong lens they allowed me to return and order correct lens which was out of stock or limited stock secured my brand new lens within two weeks and delivered 24 hour tracking this is my third purchased each time delivery made within 24 hrs from stock, so not only market leaders with price but if I stock next day delivery for me anyway

I buy all my OM Systems gear from HDEW. Sometimes it's less than half price what it is from other dealers in the UK. You get a 3 year warranty on cameras and I have had to use the warranty a few times and the service has always been brilliant. I wouldn't use anyone else. Great Customer Care and a fabulous company to deal with.

I recently purchased the MAC Book Air 5 from HDEW. After research this was by far the best price than any other website. From placing the order on Saturday it arrived on Tuesday. HDEW Cameras had a new Canon EOS R6 MkII body for sale - the price for the new kit and adapter was less than the second-hand camera body only price elswhere. Delivery was without delay, What's not to like...

A friend recommended Hdew to me when I wanted to get my OM5 in 2023. The price was very good and , while I was a bit hesitant to purchase from a lesser known company, the service and communication was excellent . I’ve since bought 3 OM lenses over the last 3 years and been very happy with the service they provide . You collect points with each sale so each time I’ve had a little bit of money off . I would certainly look to Hdew when I first start to look at prices for any equipment I’m thinking about .

Was a little doubtful because their prices undercut even other grey import sites, but all good - 2 great lenses delivered in decent time. So long as you've a little patience and you're ok with grey imports, highly recommend!

Delivery time was as expected. Price, when compared to similar sites, was very competitive. Until my order I had not used this company and was a little unsure, however my experience has been great and I will use again and have no hesitation recommending.
