Very simple and straight forward process, there was excellent contact prior to my purchase as I sent several e mail enquiries as to ascertain details of the camera (EOS R7) , and they were all answered very quickly. Obviously there was some concerns about the low price of the camera compared to British prices but having done a lot of due diligence I finally pressed the button. There was good correspondence and tracking of the item, and it arrived on time. I suppose the crux of the matter is would I use again …….. DEFINITELY

I have ordered a few items from HDEW, A camera body and a couple of lenses. Had an issue with the camera body as it wouldn't charge and a focus issue with one of the lenses. (Bad luck on my part) Response from HDEW was excellent and replacement items were received quickly. No issues with replacement items. Would recommend!

I received my product in quite a good time frame. Excellent product and I was over the moon with the price so much cheaper than large stores. I wish I had found this site sooner to be honest it would’ve saved me a lot of money.

HDEW cameras have been on my radar for a long time. When it came to renewing our Motorhome sat nav, there was no competition. Best price,quick delivery,all round good service.

I’ve bought loads items over many years from this company and I’m yet to have an issue! Recently I bought a Sandisk 128 GB v30 SD card from them and it’s happily working with my new (to me) Fuji X-H2 and it’s demanding 40 Mpix sensor. I mention these details because another 128GB card failed to write the photos half the time. It was also reassuring that the Hdew card came with the SanDisk recovery software voucher, should I need it.

I was happy to use HDEW as several of my friends have also bought from them. They are a long established company, based in the UK. They also have an ordinary UK phone number you can ring and I found them to be very friendly and honest to deal with. I would happily buy from them again.

I have used HDEW a number of times now and their service is fast and professional. Once you have ordered, the turnaround is within 7 days. I collected my new camera from their offices and on collection they give you time to inspect your purchase before paying for it. I can highly recommend HDEW and will be buying more equipment from them in future.
