*FedEx et ses créneaux non respectés. MAJ de la livraison pas sérieuse du tout. Colis très abimé, gros trou à la réception.
* pas de mode d'emploi sommaire fourni et écran VAE en langue allemande.

I chose to buy my gravel bike from H&B Exclusive because I care deeply about sustainability and wanted a refurbished bike rather than using more of the planet’s resources on something new.

Your communication about quality, a thorough refurbishment process with replaced wear parts, and a 15‑month warranty convinced me to pay a premium compared with other used options.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what I expected.

I am female and 53 years with a weigh of 58 kg and after riding about 3,200 km, mostly riding on the road with some forest/gravel), two independent mechanics have concluded that a very long list of parts needed to be replaced: almost the entire drivetrain, multiple bearings, both brake calipers, an AXS shifter and the AXS battery as well.

The latest repair bill after my first season is more than 7,800 DKK – (€ 1.043) one third of what I paid for the bike 5 month ago

Despite this, H&B Exclusive has repeatedly referred to this as “normal” wear and offered no meaningful help, apart from suggesting that I should send the dead battery to the Netherlands at my own cost.

For a bike that was sold as “thoroughly refurbished”, checked on many points and “technically not inferior to a new bicycle”, backed by a 15‑month warranty, I find this response extremely disappointing.

I still believe in the idea of refurbished bikes as a sustainable solution, it is exactly why I chose H&B Exclusive – but my personal experience with this bike and the handling of my case does not match the promises in your marketing and on your website.

I hope you will take this kind of feedback seriously, because trust in refurbished products depends on the refurbishment and the warranty actually working in practice, not just in communication.

We found this store online and, after a few messages, decided to take a leap of faith and order an e-MTB. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first since no full diagnosis was provided — but everything turned out absolutely perfect.
The bike arrived in Romania within 4 days, with shipping (FEDEX) included in the price. It was exactly as described – no hidden flaws or defects. We also took it for a professional check, and the battery health was confirmed at 100%, number of KM confirmed.
We are genuinely impressed and very happy with the purchase. It’s rare to find this level of reliability when buying online. We would confidently recommend this store to anyone, and we will definitely come back to this store for our next bike. Thank you!

Een mooie tweedehands fiets voor een mooie prijs. Heel tevreden mee. Leek goed op de foto's van de website. Ook de helpdesk was goed bereikbaar. Kortom, heel tevreden over. Enigst minpuntje: ik moest de fiets zelf afmonteren (deels in elkaar zetten). Dat was me niet duidelijk vanaf het verhaal op de site.

Hatte mir ein aufbereitetes E-Bike gekauft. Leider war das mitgelieferte Ladegerät defekt. Durch den sehr netten und schnellen Kontakt wurde mir zeitnah ein Austauschgerät geschickt.

Habe ein cooles Cube Bike von H&B Exclusive erhalten.Von A - Z ein absoluter professioneller Service.Preis - Leistung war Mega.Mein Bike war zwar gebraucht,aber von einem neuen Bike kaum zu unterscheiden.Der Versand lief problemlos ab,wie per Whats App beschrieben.Es war sehr gut verpackt und ohne Mängel.Werde wieder ein Bike bei H&B kaufen.Sehr empfehlenswert.!!!LG Torsten aus der Voreifel

This company is a scam. The price on the website was 1749 different than when I arrived 2099 I come to this shop 200km away, probably because I'm not Dutch. They refused to give me any discount for their mistake. I don't recommend them. They're scammers and racists.

La e-bike che ho acquistato corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione, la spedizione è stata celere e i due problemi riscontrati e segnalati (mancanza delle chiavi e una piccola parte danneggiata durante la spedizione) sono stati prontamente risolti

Fijne fiets, er was alleen klein onderdeel kapot. Initieel werd mij het gevoel gegeven dat ik het zelf had gedaan. Maar uiteindelijk super goed geholpen door customer support! Misschien is een korte instructie voor de minder technische mensen handig om de fiets helemaal rij klaar te maken (of een link naar een video).

Na het ontdekken van een defect onderdeel contact opgenomen.
Er is direct een vervangend onderdeel opgestuurd, gelijk gemonteerd en de fiets uitgeprobeerd.

H&B et une société qui offre la possibilité d accéder à des produits très biens sélectionnés a des prix vraiment réfléchis et pertinents , avec une garantie importante après achat . Leur système de livraison a été hyper efficace sur mes deux livraisons .Au niveau humain on est sur les sommet :
Une relation très suivie, très réactive, qui cherche a faire le maximum et sans relâche .
Une relation soucieuse de tout qui est couronnée par une une relation humaine que j ai rarement connu dans le commerce( et encore moins sur le net .)
On a l impression d être au sein d une famille qui vous guide vous accompagne et vous aide partout où vous le demandez...rare , vraiement rare !

I purchased two bikes — Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 625 29 and Cube Reaction Hybrid Race 750 29 — from H&B Exclusive, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction.

The bikes arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. The communication with the seller was outstanding — professional service from the very beginning of the sale all the way through to the smooth delivery to Poland. At every stage, I could count on quick responses and full support.

The bike was received within 8 days. The appearance corresponded to the photos and exceeded my expectations. Assembling the bike took me about 1 hour because it was the first time I saw a high-end electric bike. I tested the bike the same day and it is in excellent condition. It has already traveled 25 km and is holding up beautifully.

The bike shop is extremely accurate and fast in communication and delivery. I hope they have many satisfied customers in the future and I highly recommend them.

Kwam bij bedrijf - want het was na mijn zoektocht vond ik beste optie prijs/kwaliteit. En uiteindelijk gelijk opgehaald en gekocht. Erg te spreken over contact, flexibiliteit en service.
Ook toen er een issue was met (reeds afgeronde betaling) wat te maken had met afhandeling declaratie aan mijn kant werd er gelijk geholpen, meegedacht en utieindelijk prima oplossing gevonden, snel en effectief.
Niets aan te merken - absolute aanrader.
