Abysmal customer service. Every e mail takes forever for tjem to respond to. You dont get a satisfactory outcome. Great shirts but if these is an issue youre pretty much on your own.

Poor product, Poor Service.
Arrived with threads loose throughout the shorts. Definitely not worth $160.
Contacted the company politely and they admitted it was faulty and to return in via clicking the link. However, when I search for my order it cannot be found. Emailed support back and they no longer reply.
They claim to have replied to me and that the email must have gone to spam folder. This is a clear lie as I have checked it thoroughly and “reply to” emails never go to spam.
I also know how to process a return and where to find my order number, but the system just does not work.
Complete fraudulent company acting as high end. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Terrible returns service
As a first time customer, I ordered four shirts all of which needed to be returned due to incorrect sizing. The return process cost me over $120 in fees. I was not prepared to order any replacements as any need to return items was clearly going to be an expensive waste of money.
They need to have a better returns service to attract and retain customers in a modern world. Hugely annoyed.

Buyer beware - you pay for their mistakes
Cant believe you keep sending me requests to rate your service. I guess that is consistent with your service levels!
After being sold an item they didn't have (is that illegal in the UK?) my refund without my authority was processed to a pre-paid visa gift card that i no longer have. Aftr raising this with them along with some options to rectify they were not interested in helping me. Only response was it is your problem now go chase up the bank i.e. find a needle in a haystack. Horrible customer experience
