Abysmal customer service. Every e mail takes forever for tjem to respond to. You dont get a satisfactory outcome. Great shirts but if these is an issue youre pretty much on your own.

A similar review was left in August, to which we responded explaining that, unfortunately, we were unable to locate your details using the name provided and invited you to contact us directly so we could investigate further. As we haven’t received any contact since then, we would still welcome the opportunity to look into your concerns and work towards a resolution. We can confirm our Customer Services team do respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays.
Please get in touch with our customer care team, providing your order details, so we can locate your account and assist you further. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to turn your experience around.

Do not order from this brand. Worst international shipping service…
Worst international shipping service ever, they don’t make the return policy clear on their website, happy to take your money and when enquire about return they give you the run around and palm you off to third party, sending you to DHL and then they can’t even return it as there is no correct label. It’s obviously designed to make it all too hard. DO NOT ORDER from this company internationally. It should be against the law to give consumers the run around like this. Quality ordinary for the price also

Order did not arrive. Delay and terrible customer service
Order did not arrive. I followed up with customer service. They told me a refund would be processed straight away. 3 weeks later, I received an email confirming that the suit had been lost in transit and that a refund would be processed within 7 days. This company took my money for a month. Delivered nothing and provided terrible customer service.

Do not buy from this company if…
Do not buy from this company if ordering online from OS- they do not disclose that there is a cost to you to return the items. Sizes are large and fit not as described so had to return order at cost of 100$ plus a 20$ handling fee (which is all that is mentioned). The company do not mention anywhere that this is the case, it is deceitful, appalling as the items not as described.

Great shopping experience
Orders arrived when expected and were correct. Packing was secure and stayed secure from UK to Australia. Product was as described and shown on website. Measurements and sizing were accurate.

The delivery time to Australia from the UK was only around 1 week which is and easily trackable. The packaging was perfect and classy. The shirts are high quality. I can’t recommend any changes here.

Misleading discount practices
So far (pre-delivery) the experience has been poor.
I was invited to use a 10% discount voucher for my first order, which the fine print stated was not applicable to orders with bulk discounts.
Then, AFTER my first order, I was invited to apply for a 20% first time discount for my friends.
So, I've been surrounded by apparent discount offers, none of which I've been able to use.
It would have been better to not offer these in the first place!
