The service was great. My product arrived with expediency and well packaged. Came in a lovely box. I’ll be using them again. One criticism I will make though is the sheer amount of emails they send. So many that I didn’t even read them, went straight to my delete box.

My experience was made all the better by the communication I had with your representative, Morgan. I bought this coin for my Husband as an Anniversary gift on the 18th of August
She told be about a further offer to watch out for as they tend to sell fast, but I explained that I wanted to gauge his interest in this first one, before looking at the big set. That big set is quite expensive, and as a 74 yr old pensioner, I don’t want to spend out on something he doesn’t really want.

I found the speed of delivery very…
I found the speed of delivery very quick but although the advisor was helpful and friendly, the trying to get me to buy larger items and spend more money, was, for me, way too much. And repeatedly offering the paying instalments. If someone says can I help with you anything further and you say no that should be the end of the call and now the constant emails is also too much - sorry!
