I bought some coins a few years ago…
I bought some coins a few years ago which ai was pleased with. The problem I have with the company is their constant pestering calls since then. I have mentioned many times that I wish to be removed from their records. The first time I did so I was assured it would happen. As the numbers calling vary each time, it is hard to notice the caller till I've answered . These constant calls are upsetting as it's obvious the company is keeping my information even after requests to delete me from their database. I have noticed others having a similar problem.

Hatton of London…logged with Trustpilot but I had made a review that made either untrue inflammatory 
language or a statement in regards to themselves by me putting on this review. From this I can rest assure I will never ever purchase anything again from Hattons Of London. I have read a few statements in regards to them from them lodging this objection to Trustpilot and found how manipulative they are in regards to their sale process. It’s disgusting and people need to be more warned against them …and them trying to stop people from stating their own experiences and for them to try discredit others and their actual opinion and their experience that they’ve had with them as a company or not .
Hatton of London lodged an review of my experience to stop it from being published by Trustpilot on their website/platform.

True value is less than 50%
The coins I bought actually were worth less than 50% that I paid for them. Gold has gone up 250% since I bought them. The coins real value is NOW only worth 75% of their cost. It’s a big con, please don’t be fooled like I was,

As we discussed, we make it very clear to all our clients that we are not investment advisers and do not sell our coins on that basis. We appreciate that you confirmed during our conversation today that you understood this.
We also discussed your understanding of the value if the coins were to be melted down. As you acknowledged, in those circumstances, you would receive the value of the gold content alone, effectively representing the scrap metal value.
However, as we have previously explained, the pricing of a sovereign is not based on the gold content alone, and whilst the gold price is a contributing factor, the value is also influenced by factors such as the low mintage, quality of the striking, rarity, and historical or commemorative significance.
We hope that this provides further clarification of the points discussed today, and we thank you again for taking the time to speak with us.
