Established in 2014, Harrington & Byrne specialises in collectable coins and stamps that bring history to life. From historic British issues to limited-edition commemoratives, our range offers collectors the opportunity to celebrate important anniversaries, explore their interests and build collections with personal meaning. We work with established suppliers, including private UK mints, independent coin dealers and official mints around the world, to source a varied selection of coins. Our range includes precious-metal issues and commemorative designs celebrating royal milestones, national events and significant moments in history. In 2015, we extended our expertise into stamp collecting with the launch of Harrington & Byrne Philatelics. Working with specialist UK stamp dealers, we offer items ranging from the original Penny Black, the world’s first postage stamp, to complete Great Britain definitive stamp collections and rare first-day covers. Our selection also includes limited-edition philatelic releases and contemporary Royal Mail issues, bringing together the heritage of British stamps and the appeal of new commemoratives. We introduced our Editions brand in 2019 to help collectors mark national events and anniversaries through specially selected coin issues. It reflects our belief that a collection can tell a story, preserving the people, achievements and occasions that matter to its owner. Whether you are discovering collecting for the first time or adding to a longstanding collection, Harrington & Byrne brings together historical interest, craftsmanship and the pleasure of finding something special. We’d like to reassure you that all the key specifications of the coin, including its diameter and weight, were clearly included in the TV advert and fully approved by the relevant advertising regulator. We always aim to provide transparent and accurate information so customers know exactly what to expect.
This particular coin is struck in 0.31g of pure 24-carat gold, to the highest proof standard, and is priced at £39, which is in line with the gold spot value alone at current market rates. This does not include the design, minting, and presentation costs, which are typically factored into the pricing of collectable proof coins.
We understand that smaller coins can sometimes take people by surprise, and if you’re looking for something more substantial in size, we do offer larger Accession Anniversary editions featuring the same design, which may be more to your liking.

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. Someone phoned me last week, asking about what I thought about my order. I told them, I was yet to receive it. They said, it would be with me by Monday or Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and still waiting. The person, also said they would call me Tuesday to check my order had arrived. That also hasn't happened, 😒😯
Yet another coin I ordered yesterday, from Westminster coins, has arrived today. Can you please let me know when I can expect delivery of my order?
