I ordered a new watch from HarveyStore, but what I received was clearly used — it had deep, visible scratches and looked worn. The product was advertised as brand new, so this was extremely disappointing.

To their credit, customer service was responsive, but they insisted repeatedly on sending a replacement instead of simply offering a refund. I found this approach quite pushy and unhelpful, especially after receiving such a poor-quality item in the first place. Makes me also question the authenticity of the watch itself.

When a store advertises new products, customers should receive exactly that — not something used or refurbished. Based on my experience, I would not recommend HarveyStore. I and my immediate watch collector network will never use this site and will not recommend.

I bought a Junghans Max Bill Bauhaus watch and received it on the 22 October 2025. The following day I notified Harvey Store that I wanted to return it. There was no issue with the watch.

I tried contacting them by phone and email. I received notification that my email of intent had been received and is being dealt with by their support staff. I am writing this email a week later still awaiting a response.

I will update this review when there is something to report!

I received notification the watch was delivered 24 November to Harvey Store. Package held up in customs!

I received an email from Harvey Store 26 November 2025, informing me that my emails ended up in their spam folder for which they apologised. They also informed that my watch will be refunded if it passes inspection.

I bought from the store on Chrono24. Everything was perfect. The watch is beautiful, the shipping was fast, and the customer service was kind and helpful.

I highly recommend this seller. Communication with him is easy. The watch I purchased is exactly as described. There was a small issue with the warranty not being activated but after I contacted the seller he fixed the issue within a day. You can trust this seller 100%. Bought a Premium Seiko watch(~€800) Required several reminders before it was finally shipped. The watch was not delivered in its original box with its instructions, which are shown on the website to be included. After giving a low score review on trustpilot, Harvey confirmed that original box and instructions were to be delivered.
Finally the box arriverad, but not the instructions… :(
Based on my experience as customer, I have revised my experince from 1 to a poor 3, based on that box finally arrived, but not instructions and the long wait of almost 30 days, and their lack of communication.
So not the smoothest shopping expirience…
