Bought a Hamilton Khaki Aviation Bronze via Chrono24. Communication with the Dealer was good. The Parcel delivered within the approbriate Time. The watch exceeded my expactations, it looks much better than on the pictures.

Ordered 2 watches.
The watches arrived on time and were fine but one was not to our taste so we wanted to send it back.
Contacted them by email and by phone several times during the last few weeks
- No response whatsoever by email
- Can never get through via the telephone number on their website. Always end up on voicemail.
- Left message on their voicemail but no response.

This way, they can argue that hou did not send the item back in time but return instructions are nowhere to be found.

Update 22/09: received an email from them with a possible solution. Will update this review after the outcome.

Update 16/10: a refund has been issued after a sincere apology by the company. I am happy with their response. Unhappy that I had to 'use' Trustpilot for this, so 3 star rating.
Watch I bought for myself and kept is a good watch for a good price.

Overall a great experience. I very very rarely write reviews like this, but this deserved a good review.

Clear and easy to navigate website, smooth buying process with plenty of payment options. Ordered on a late tuesday evening, got the shipping notification the next morning, and arrived in my country the next day (Norway), so less than 48 hours in total. After I got the shipping notification I had a question so I emailed them, and got a kind and clarifying answer about two hours later.

Decent prices, super fast handling and shipping, great customer service. No complaints!

Fast and the best prices in the market!

I have purchased twice from Harvey Store — first a Seiko, then a Mido. My experience with the Mido left me extremely disappointed.

When the watch arrived, the crown was stuck and the watch was not functioning properly. Within the 14-day withdrawal period, I requested a replacement several times. Instead of honoring this, you required me to return the watch for “inspection.”

What followed was unacceptable: without my consent, you activated the warranty, serviced the watch, and sent it back to me. My original request for a replacement under the 14-day withdrawal right was completely ignored.

When I challenged this, I received dismissive replies. One email from your team even stated: “The matter is closed.” In another, EU consumer law was dismissed altogether, with the claim that only Swiss law applied — despite you actively selling to EU customers.

This shows two major issues:

1. Your advertised 14-day withdrawal policy is meaningless in practice.

2. Your customer service becomes dismissive once you decide against the customer.

As a repeat customer, I expected fair treatment. Instead, I felt my rights were disregarded and my consent bypassed.

Recommendation: If you are considering a Mido, Seiko, or any other watch, buy directly from the brand or an authorized local dealer. You may pay a little more, but you’ll have genuine consumer protection. With Harvey Store, once they have your money, there is no security.

You said the watch was “worn.” Are you serious? The watch still had all tags attached and the protective cover intact — it was never even worn.

Second, you yourself agreed that the crown was stuck, and from what I can see, you serviced it. At first you insisted I send it back for “inspection,” but instead of respecting my request for a replacement, you enforced a service and activated the warranty without my consent.

If I asked for a replacement within the 14-day withdrawal period, how is that unfair? I never wore it, all tags were intact, and I wasn’t asking for a refund. I simply wanted a proper new watch in exchange for the faulty one I received.

The audacity to say it was worn makes me think how you fool people. If I buy online, how would I test a product I have to open the box and if I open the box that becomes worn?
