I purchased a Junghans Max Bill Mega 59/2023.02 solar radio controlled watch from HarveyStore DE through Chrono24 and had a seamless, smooth and excellent experience throughout the process. They were prompt in replying to communication and shipped the watch quickly, within a day of completing my purchase.

I have bought a Seiko watch PRX 25 mm from the new collection on the 28th November. Today is 10th of December and still no shipping. 13 days since the purchase and nothing has happened. After complaining they sent me an email saying that it was Black Fridays fault but everything was back to normal (4th of December). It has passed 6 days and still nothing. Now they don’t even answer to my emails and don’t give any justification. Such a shame. Don’t buy at Harvey store! Cheaper but very bad costumer experience.

I bought a Junghans Max Bill Bauhaus watch and received it on the 22 October 2025. The following day I notified Harvey Store that I wanted to return it. There was no issue with the watch.

I tried contacting them by phone and email. I received notification (automatically generated) that my email of intent had been received and is being dealt with by their support staff. I am writing this email a week later still awaiting a response.

I will update this review when there is something to report!

I received notification the watch was delivered 24 November to Harvey Store by my courier service. It had been held up in customs! I sent it back to Harveystore without hearing from them as I was concerned about the window for returns passing.

I received an email from Harvey Store 26 November 2025, informing me that my emails ended up in their spam folder for which they apologised. They also informed that my watch will be refunded if it passes inspection.

After some back and forth with the team at Harveystore (I returned my watch to Switzerland and not Germany) it was confirmed that I shall receive a full refund (5 December).

The 2 pieces of advice I would offer would be to return items to the German office, address is below and be cognisant they have a small team operating the business

I ordered two watches from Harvey Store and both arrived in a good, new condition.

Support is also very fast and helpfull.

I requested a quote for two Seiko watches on Sunday morning around 10:30. I received a very reasonable quote within 10 minutes. I decided to buy them right away. I did ask a question during delivery, and again , I received a very quick response. Excellent!!

They shipped my order very fast and it was pleasure to speak with them, I'm overall very satisfied with my product

ordered an automatic watch from seiko... but received a cheap citizen... paid also for express delivery for nothing.. received the wrong watch late

Pünktliche und vor allem prompte Lieferung

I've received the watch and everything was in perfect order. The watch is excellent, with no damage during transport. I really appreciated the extra strap; it was a thoughtful gesture and shows great customer care. I'm very happy with the product, the interaction and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Im Gesamten sehr positiv überrascht. Tatsächlich war dies mein erster Kauf einer etwas teureren Uhr , weswegen ich schon etwas angespannt war. Insgesamt ging die Lieferung aber sehr schnell. Es gab einmal für einen Tag eine Verzögerung, allerdings hat die Lieferung nur 3 Tage gesamt gedauert, was sehr schnell ist, wie ich finde. Die Uhr kam okey verpackt an, ein bisschen mehr Luftpolsterfolie wäre eventuell sinnvoll. Allerdings muss ich sagen, das Paket war super versiegelt und in super Zustand. So auch die Originalverpackung der Uhr und die Uhr sowieso In dem Zuge hatte ich dann eine Frage an den Kundenservice, der mir dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet hat und sehr freundlich war. Es hat sich sehr danach angefühlt, das Harvey Store sich sehr bemüht hat, dass alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit ist.Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meiner neuen Uhr und kann deshalb von einer sehr guten Erfahrung mit dem Verkäufer berichten.

Ich habe eine Swatch x Omega gekauft, sie kam schnell an und der Preis war unschlagbar. Ich werde definitiv wieder auf dieser Seite kaufen
