Mi experiencia está siendo PESIMA,
Compré mi reloj el 24 de Febrero, el anuncio ponia que lo enviarian en 6 dias, han pasado 17 dias, de los cuales 13 han sido laborales, y sigo esperando, aun no se lo han entregado a UPS, he solicitado la cancelacion del pedido, pero me da que voy a tener que hacer dicha cancelacion a traves de PayPal

I placed my order on 20-02-2026 with express shipping, expecting delivery by Thursday 26-02-2026.
The watch arrived on Thursday 05-03-2026, five days later than expected.

The delay was caused by a quality control issue with the first watch.
The company chose to source a replacement rather than ship a unit that did not meet their standards, and they issued a partial refund for the shipping costs as an apology for the delay.

During the process, I had to contact support to get updates.
I was initially told the order would be shipped on 26-02-2026, which did not happen.
By Tuesday 03-03-2026, a new tracking code was issued, and the order was shipped the next day.
I only learned the reason for the delay when the company replied to my public review rather than my earlier emails.

While the watch and final resolution were satisfactory, the lack of communication about the delay made the experience frustrating.
That said, I can still recommend them — their prices are competitive, and they have a wide collection of watches.
Clearer communication during delays would make the experience much better.

Delivery and communication were initially significantly delayed compared with the advertised timeframe. After publishing the review, the company contacted me, resolved the issue and arranged expedited shipping. The situation was ultimately resolved, although earlier and clearer communication would have prevented the problem.

Ik wil een horloge retourneren maar kan maar geen contact met hun opnemen. Ik heb meerdere mails gestuurd, formulieren ingevuld en gebeld. Geen reactie

Meine Erfahrung beim Kauf war letztendlich gut.
Wichtig wäre zu wissen, wie dieses prinzipiell kleine Unternehmen, mit großem Online-Markt offenbar funktioniert. In meinem Fall handelt es sich nicht um Ware des hier genannten Händlers, sondern greift auf den Warenstock von stationären Juwelier- und Uhrengeschäften im europ. Ausland insbes. Italien zu, die so die Möglichkeit besitzen, auch ohne eigenen Onlineshop, ihre lagernden Uhren praktisch Online, über Harvey, der als Verkäufer auftritt, zu veräußern.
Das Unternehmen sitzt zwar in der Schweiz, aber für Käufe in die EU fallen dennoch keine Einfuhrabgaben an, da nicht aus der Schweiz versandt wird.
Nettes Geschäftsmodell. So kann man oft sehr selten gewordene, anderswo nicht mehr verfügbare Modelle, zu vergleichsweise günstigen Konditionen mit allen Garantieunterlagen bekommen.
Der Nachteil liegt aber genau in dieser Konstruktion. Nämlich, wenn die Ware nicht gefällt und man diese zurücksenden will, da Harvey`s Mühlen dann sehr langsam arbeiten, trotz schnellem Kontakt zum Support.
Man sollte also zielgenau eine Uhr ordern, mit dem unbedingtem Wunsch, sie behalten zu wollen und bereit sein, bei kleineren Mängeln sich eher mit einen Rabatt zu begnügen, so bei mir geschehen.
Meine gekaufte Uhr war anderswo online nicht mehr neu verfügbar, außer hier. Sie hatte minimalste Spuren, offenbar von der Präsentation im Ladengeschäft in der Innenstadt von Perugia/ Italien.
Habe die Uhr mit Nachlass auf den VP, der mir sofort und ohne Umstände gewährt wurde. behalten.

I ordered Hamilton Khaki Quartz to Latvia. The experience is smooth, no complaints, the received product is original and without any defects. In the package was international warranty card with appropriate stamp from a different retailer. The delivery took 8 days, there was a label on the item in the store that delivery will take more time, so I am more than satisfied with delivery time.
