Very confusing information about import tax on Web page. Looks like tax is included for all european countries. That is NOT the case.

Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that this information is clearly stated in the fixed top bar of our website, where it specifies that taxes and VAT are included only for customers within the European Union and Switzerland.
As Norway is not part of the European Union, import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery.
Additionally, we also assist our customers by carefully preparing the customs declaration in order to minimize any additional charges as much as possible.
We appreciate your understanding
Great communication, smooth and reliable experience.
Buying an expensive watch online can naturally come with a bit of uncertainty, especially when ordering from abroad. I’d like to share my experience with Harvey Store, as it might be helpful for others considering a purchase.
My experience with their communication was very positive. The team responded to all of my messages, kept me informed about any potential delays, and was always available to answer my questions. Everything felt clear, transparent, and professional throughout the process.
The watch itself is fantastic and exactly as described.
I made my purchase through Chrono24, but in the future I will most likely buy directly from their website, as they have become my number one choice for watches at this point.
Overall, it was a smooth and reliable experience. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Ordered a Seiko Presage Cocktail Time…
Ordered a Seiko Presage Cocktail Time blue moon watch, significantly cheaper than retailers in Ireland, the watch arrived brand new in perfect condition and packaging, shipping took just over a week which is understandable from mainland Eurpoe to Ireland via DHL. I have no problem recommending Harvey Store and no hesitation in buying from them again.

Top Preis / Top Lieferung

All good - Fast shipping and competitive prices
First time customer and quite satisfied. Ordered 2 Citizen watches on Wednesday afternoon with regular shipping option, watches were shipped the next day from Italy and arrived on Monday morning, so in less than 5 days. Tracking provided, watches well packed, all good. In general I trust companies that offer that many paying options including PayPal as it comes with extra insurance if something goes wrong. No complaints whatsoever.

Ebenfalls keine weitere Reaktion.

No delivery, no response, no refund
my order #HT14601 – Hamilton Men's H32255730 Jazzmaster Auto Gold
I did not receive my order. UPS tracking shows that the delivery failed and the parcel was returned to the sender.
I have contacted the company multiple times by email and phone, but received no response at all.
No refund has been issued so far. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this store.
