The assistant, Maria, I met in Nutgrove today was most helpful and very knowledgeable .she was so enthusiastic about her work .she certainly is an asset to Harvey Norman.she was in the electrical section.she also helped me carry my purchases to the car, a nice gesture .Her name is Maria from Alicante .Thank you , Maria

Terrible communication with customers
Terrible communication with customers, they can be rude and impolite, they cheat by delaying goods for a certain date, I had a terrible phone conversation with a certain Conor for getting information about my order!
NO MORE!!!

Good service
I have bought a number of items from Harvey Norman over the years. Bedding, electrical, TV and phones. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite. I had bought a chair last week, but after bringing it home, I discovered a small tear in the fabric. I emailed the store and within two hours I received a phone call from a very pleasant woman who managed to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
