What a fabulous way to order and try on clothes in your own home

The try before you buy option is a game changer. I can order various sizes and try styles and colours I wouldn’t normally buy as I don’t have to pay up front for multiple items.

The clothes are fabulous quality. The staff are very helpful and the service is about the best I have ever experienced.

Excellent service marred only by Royal Mail not delivering when they said they would.

I love this service. Try before you buy is excellent as you don’t have that big initial outlay and then no waiting for refund if you end up returning the item/s.

Ease of use. No fuss. Trying multiple dresses of different sizes and styles before deciding to buy them eliminates the need to wait for refunds especially when you want to shop on expensive sites. Doesn't max out your credit card bill.

I find it a lot better doing try before you buy much better then paying and then having to wait for a refund when you return an item.

It really does what it says on the can! Excellent idea - I hope more companies adopt this excellent idea.
I've recently had very poor online shopping experiences with Sweaty Betty and Hobbs, so this service is like a breath of fresh air!

Try before you buy is a godsend to disabled people who find it difficult to go shopping to Toast in large towns as it us a bit of a trek so I for one am grateful for this service. Returns are easy as we are lucky to have a post office nearby.

Very slick, easy and quick. Items arrive fast, I tried on fast, returned wrong sizes and unflattering items fast and was only charged for what I kept - that was handled quickly. Excellent service and I will use it again.

What a fabulous service! The items arrived quickly, instructions were clear, I was able to take my time, try accessorising in different ways & then kept what I wanted & sent others back. Certainly going to shop Me+Em more often!

Great service. I was dubious because I worried about getting stuck with items I didn’t want but the whole process was really clear and 5 days is plenty to get things sent back. It can be hard to press ‘go’ on something that costs £300+ before you have even tried it on. This way you get to know whether you love it or not; if you decide it’s not for you you don’t to wait weeks to get your money back to invest in something else. I’ll definitely be using again.

Absolutely brilliant customer care from start to finish. The ability to try before you buy is a game changer. This service made me feel very valued as a Me&Em customer and I will certainly not hesitate to use this service again. Plus I must add that the quality of their clothes is truly amazing and they always stand out from other brands. A considered purchase but definitely worth the price. I recognised their beautiful dresses and jackets on Sophie Raworth which is what led me to their website.

The delivery was swift. Trying at home without paying upfront until deciding to keep the garment was brilliant. Easy to return the wrong size. Kept informed of the cut off date for payment to be taken.

This is a great service. If your not sure what size to order, order 2 and return one before you pay anything. Would definitely recommend
