Wow how did I not know about this service !! Amazing !! Saves me ordering multiple sizes without the cost. It’s always difficult not knowing what size fits best as certain styles have different sizing so this is truly a Godsend. Thank you and Thank you to who came up with this clever idea 🙌🏻🙌🏻 High praise indeed.

Fast delivery and return. I particularly liked the try before you buy service which is hustle free as it allows you to try different sizes and styles without having to spend money that could otherwise be tied up until refund is processed. I highly recommend the company. I just wish the shoes I wanted to buy fit me.

I mostly buy online clothing so having the opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ is great. I have used the service twice and not had any difficulties returning items. I have bought items in two sizes which I probably wouldn’t do so gives me choices as if I were in store. Great service and experience so far. TQ..

Firstly, the delightful Rochelle is an absolute gem to work with. Apart from her loving her job, she’s the perfect representative for the job. I can’t imagine dealing with anyone else, as we hit it off from the start.
No messing around with her, she knew exactly the styles and colours that suits me better. Plus she gave me lots of tips on how to do the infamous tuck, that I never get right, along with recommending other styles from ME& EM to try.

Overall an efficient service with excellent communication and very easy to use.

Game changer for online shopping for more premium stores. It’s hard to get to shops working 9-5! & the shops themselves often don’t have the average sizes in stock so being able to try on different items for fit & style at home, and only pay for what you keep is unbelievable. It would definitely encourage me to shop at TOAST again. Very straightforward returns service and hassle free. 10/10.

Try before you buy is great. No money exchange for a few day, so you can try on and make sure you love the item before the payment kicks in.

I was really pleased with the try before you buy service. The return was really easy and quick. By the way, as soon as I returned both items I tried, I changed my mind and bought one immediately after, I know, silly, but couldn’t make up my mind while I had the items.

This is the second time using Harper and both times the experience has been excellent. It's a great way to shop the sale for me+em especially. I love the fact that I can see what goes with my current wardrobe. Both of the assistants have been very professional providing great advice.

Harper try before you buy has made purchasing from Toast a much easier and more accurate experience. Brilliant service invaluable as Toast has only a few shops, which aren't always easy to get to. . Really recommend the service !
