Received slip on shoes that were cheaply made and not comfortable. Tried to return and I get no response to email and phone number doesn’t work. I looked at reviews first before ordering and there weren’t any bad ones.when I looked just now these reviews would have save me money. The company is fraudulent

I ordered boots for $80 and I received complete junk. Like laughably bad quality. The return process is becoming a difficult back and forth on the emails.

Edit: I disputed with my bank and I won.

Do not purchase from HarperBennett! Purchased a jacket from them. The product arrived and it was a total and complete piece of crap. Nothing at all like the picture. Cheap material, terrible craftmanship. Ordered a size 2x. It was so small it was equivalent to a US size medium. They claimed to have returns which you have to pay for. You can only return to their 1 warehouse in China. You have to fill out their form, take pictures of the merchandise etc. They do tell you:
“If that is not an option for you, we also offer the following: Since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions, you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything. (For every 3 orders we plant a tree in the world)”. Here we can then take (10%) of your total order value and credit it to your payment method. (Klarna, Paypal or CreditCard) Then you can for example give the item to friends or family. We hope you can understand, and I hope to resolve this soon together with you.”
My shipping rate was way more than I paid so I guess I get 10% back and 1/3 of a tree planted.
Any favorable reviews for this company can’t possibly be true.

The hoodie felt rough after one wash, the stitching was already coming loose, and the fit was nothing like advertised. Wouldn’t consider buying another colour.

The shoes looked trendy online but turned out uncomfortable and cheaply made. Not ideal for long walks at all, and definitely not worth the price.

Very bad quality to be honest .The service is bad also.

The hoodie is soft and keeps me warm. Great quality stitching and a flattering fit. Would buy another colour soon!

This sweater feels rough and uncomfortable, definitely not warm enough for chilly days. It also looks cheap and isn’t stylish at all for casual outings. I’m really disappointed and absolutely do not recommend it.

The set I bought was disappointing. The fabric feels cheap, the fit is unflattering, and it’s uncomfortable for everyday wear or travel.

I am always so glad with Harperbennettt! Their products and service are simply incomparable. Rapide delivery, perfect communication, and excellent craftsmanship—is there any doubt that this is a five-star review?
