It started when the sent me the discount code)which doesn’t work) and they wouldn’t honor it.
Waited a month to get the shoes I ordered only to discover they were too small and the quality is cheap and misrepresented. When I emailed them to return, they said the shoes had to be shipped back to China on my dime. So, they sent a product that is unusable and cheap materials and they do not stand behind their products.
Bottom line…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Total rip-off

I wasn’t sure about the cutout winter heels at first. With tights they were actually warm enough and didn’t feel awkward. Walked around more than planned and stayed comfortable. They look a bit different without being too much. Honestly glad I took the risk.

The men’s leather office shoes came packed well and didn’t smell strange. They felt comfortable right away which surprised me. Wore them all day at work and then straight to dinner. No blisters no break in drama. Just easy shoes.

i went into the night assuming id be barefoot by the end but that never happened. stood around talked danced and never had that moment where I needed to sit. My feet were tired but not hurting which surprised me

These block heels arent flashy at all but they quietly make outfits look better. I stood longer than planned and never hit that foot pain panic moment. Even the straps felt gentle.

the cardigan feels like one of those pieces you dont plan outfits around but always grab. Soft enough for home but still looks fine outside. Ive washed it already and it didnt stretch weird.

This dress was a last minute order and I was nervous. It fit comfortably right away and didnt cling in weird places. i barely steamed it and left the house feeling calm which never happens.

Bought a coat mainly for work meetings and it instantly looked sharper. Comfortable indoors too which I appreciate. Didnt feel stuffy or restrictive at all

I ordered a pair of boots from Harper & Bennett and was extremely disappointed. The boots arrived in a thin plastic bag/envelope with no real protection, and the material was clearly very cheap pleather. The shape and appearance looked nothing like the photos on their website or in their ads, and they had a strong chemical smell as soon as I opened the package. I didn’t even need to fully take them out of the bag to see they were awful quality.

I contacted their customer service and did receive a quick reply with a return form. However, the form required a lot of information and stated that returns could only be sent to an address in China. When I looked into shipping, it was going to cost me about 52 dollars to send the boots back, and I had only paid 59.99 for them in the first place. At that point, it made no financial sense to return them, so I kept the boots and will donate them to charity.

I will never order from this company again. In my opinion, this business is operating like a scam: misleading product photos, very poor quality, and a return process that is so expensive it’s basically unusable.

Ordered leather shoes for everyday office wear and they didnt need breaking in. wore them all day and then straight to dinner. No blisters which is rare for me.

This sweater feels warm without being heavy or stiff. Texture feels nicer than expected. Washed it once and it kept its shape so thats a win

The dress I purchased looked so cute online. The fabric looked like cotton but it is cheap polyester. It looks very bohemian but the actual print and detail look very cheesy. The hemline is a weird ruffle that doesn't come across that way in the photo. I feel like this was a bait and switch and will never shop through this site again.

This place is a SCAM!!!!!!! The website says they’re in NV however the items are shipped from China. If you have to return an item, they make you fill out a return form and you have to mail the item back to China! Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything here! I’m disputing this transaction with my CC company. You’re better off ordering from SHEIN. This place sells poor quality items that smell bad. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Do not order from this company! Your items will not look like they do online, quality is cheap, sizes are not near what they should be and you can not return anything unless you want to pay an ungodly amount to ship it back to china and it will take forever for them to refund your return. Do not do it! This place is a scam.

I grabbed these block heels thinking they’d be special occasion only but I’ve already worn them multiple times. They’re comfortable enough to walk in and don’t feel stiff at all. They quietly elevate everything without screaming for attention.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. This company is falsely advertising products that are nothing like what you will receive. The return requirement (to China) is unreasonable and appears intentionally designed to prevent customers from getting refunds.

This sweater has that perfect balance of cozy but still presentable. It’s warm without being bulky and has a slightly relaxed fit that still looks intentional. I wore it to brunch and got compliments without even trying..

I ordered my husband a winter jacket that he found on Harper & Bennetts website. We didn't realize that it was being shipped from China. Their website has a California address listed.
The jacket is very Poorly made, looks so cheap. Definitely not worth what we paid for it. We were going to send back for a refund but shipping to China is going to cost $48. Lesson learned.

I ordered this beautiful sweater with sequins. It came stamped poly-ester. So ugly!! And return address is some random warehouse in Calif that has poor reviews for getting random stuff you didn’t order! I disputed charge with Cc company and won!

I picked up a sweater during a sale and didn’t expect much but it’s turned into my weekend staple. It’s soft, warm and doesn’t lose shape after washing. I’ve worn it casually and out for dinner and it works in both settings without feeling sloppy.
