Order arrived and both sweaters were not as pictured in the ad. No one has responded to my email from last week requesting a return number and return instructions.

Tried to give a zero stars, but could give 1 star. I ordered a men's shirt from HarperBennett and when it finally arrived, it looked like a four year old made it. It resembled nothing like the advertised picture on the website. Super cheap fabric and horrible finished product. Harper Bennett should not be allowed to sell anything in this country! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Item never arrived for a Christmas gift that was ordered on 11/30/25. It has been stuck in an NJ facility since 12/15. Now I am glad it never arrived since I realize the item is of poor quality

The boots were plastic, worth $5 if that ! Please don’t buy anything from them it’s a complete scam !!!

Shipping took forever and arrived late, which would have been fine if the quality of the product wasn’t complete trash. 70.00 for a cheaply made jacket with terrible fit…. As soon as I saw tracking number from China I knew I’d be disappointed

Took a month to receive my items which were inferior when received. Poorly made and not as pictured. Do not order from this company!

I purchased a Mens jacket that looked NOTHING like advertised. So misleading. The jacket looked so warm and when received it was paper thin. It also has NO LABEL OF NAME IN JACKET. Its garbage. I spent close to 100.00 between the jacket and an outfit that AGAIN is paper thin and a joke. Besides the fact it says 30 money back guarantee that's another joke. They give you the BS of because it costs too much to ship back to CHINA .... which had no idea that's where it came from ..... they'll give me back 10% if i keep it. Do yourselves a favor stay away from these companies. totally disgusted

Tell me why I almost paid $140 for shoes I found on Temu for $33… SAME pictures and everything. Even their “sale” price was $89.99. The markup is criminal 😒 I didn’t even get them. If they are on TEMU your gambling 50/50 chance it’s not good quality or just might be.

The shoes are listed in US sizes when in reality what you receive are shoes based on EU sizes, which do not always directly match US sizes. The website does not disclose this fact, so there could be fit issues. I had a problem buying some heels on this site, where an 8 would have fit but the size sent was a 38, which runs 7 1/2 to 8 and for me, with a heel, is too small. I would have purchased the 39 if I had known that EU sizes were being sent. Now that I am claiming that their website is deceptive, they are offering a small refund or for me to return to China at my own cost PLUS they would charge a $10 restocking fee. Buyer beware!

Item looked nothing like what arrived. Cheap fabric. False advertising. Sent pictures and there customer service said it was the correct item sent. Now if I want a refund I must ship it to china. What a scam.

The product was poorly constructed using cheap materials. It is also very thin and cut smaller than it should be. When you try to return, it takes them several days, has onerous requirements, including that you have to provide pictures of the product and packaging and packaging slip. You will also be charged a $10 administrative fee and have to pay for it to be shipped back to them (including taxes and any other custom fees). The purpose of the administrative fee is not clear as they are not really doing anything, except to email you a return form and telling you to do everything. They will also recommend that you not return the product but to eat much of the cost (minus 10%) and just give away the product.

This is a Chinese drop shipper. Their shipping times are completely fake. Some BS line about 12 days total delivery. There wasn't any movement on an order for more then 12 days. Returns require shipment back to China. The US address info is fake. Avoid at all cost.

I wish I could give it 0 stars! I accidentally bought the wrong jacket and I emailed their customer service 22 minutes later to ask to cancel the order. I was told that the orders are automatically sent to their warehouse in 15 minutes so there's nothing they can do to stop it. Then when I finally receive the item, I try to return it and it's not worth the shipping cost to return because they do not pay for return shipping to their ONLY warehouse in China! This store is a total sham. I also agree with the person that said the clothes are cheaply made - there's not even a tag inside the jacket my son wanted! Don't be fooled by their nice, professional looking website. This place will take your money and you'll be left holding the bag (or in my case, the extra unwanted jacket).

The item i received is nothing like the picture. Looks like it came from temu. Very disappointed. Bought a jacket and 3 piece suit.

I ordered a men’s coat for the colder months and it exceeded every expectation. The weight is just right and the inside lining feels warm but breathable. I wore it to a work meeting and got a compliment before I even sat down.

Product took a month to be delivered, quality of product was low grade, colors on the website do not match what was delivered, when asked to Return, was told it has to go to a warehouse in China and address given was to an Individual, that was not affiliated with the Brand causing concern.

The Emma leather block heels showed up on a rainy afternoon and the package still looked perfect which already made me happy. Inside, the shoes felt sturdy with a soft lining that didn’t need breaking in. I wore them with wide leg trousers and the whole outfit just looked instantly more polished.

I bought the Paige heels after saving them in my cart for two weeks and I wish I hadn’t waited so long. They arrived in a sturdy box with tissue wrapping and not a single scuff. The lace up fit makes them look custom made for my feet and they stayed comfortable through a dinner party and a walk to the car in the cold.

0 stars!! Wish I would have come to this website before I ordered.Because this company is completely misrepresenting their items. I ordered a sherpa lined mens jacket and it was advertised as sturdy outer material..... The Outer material is thin flimsy material that maybe a cheap shirt would have been made out of. I paid ninety three dollars for it and it is barely worth twenty. I'm in the process of trying to contact them , but by reading everything on here , it doesn't look like this will have a positive outcome. Please save yourself some money and do not buy one thing from this company.It is garbage!! Something should really be done about this company.This is not right for people to have to go through this.They should not be allowed to be in business. AND...the phone number and address in Las Vegas that is given in their confirmation email for contacting them....not valid !
