Waste of money DO NOT BUY
I ordered the BOGOF deal buy 1 get 1 free i received them today as I could give one to my brother and to my surprise one of the watches would not turn on straight out of the box and would NOT charge up at all and the other watch the strap had completely broke this is extremely disappointing and a waste of money just be mindful if you are wanting to return the product there is a administration fee of up $24.99 so you won't get the full refund beware of the company and do not fall the advertised lies like i did.

Screen is broken after 2 wears at work
Been in my drawer for last 12 months with my other watches and gone to put it back on today and noticed a hair line crack right across the screen
So much for being almost indestructable.
Wouldnt recommend for work unless your in an office

Battery lasts about a week and it measures everything I want it to.
My only issue is the dials, the one the watch was advertised with is not available for some reason.

Watch worked for 2 hrs, then screen wouldnt turn on and has just been buzzing for 24hrs. Customer service has ignored me since claiming theyre busy. Cheap, generic watches. You can litreally buy the same watch off temu. Crap products. Crap service.
100% certain there will be a class action lawsuit against this company in the future after reading all the reviews. Seems they've ripped a few people off.

WORST customer service
WORST customer service, false advertising of dispatch & delivery times & then finally after getting my order they sent it without the extra Leather Band that I paid for. They advertise as an “Australian” company but this is absolute crap! The entire experience has been stressful & very frustrating. I heard they are a drop ship company that bring these in from Asia & uo the prices but then advertise them as “on sale” & I wanted to believe that wasn’t the case. But after what I’ve experienced I most definitely believe it. Now to wait another week for a reply acknowledging that they did not send the leather band & then wait another week after that to receive it. So much for a Christmas present! Save your money & shop elsewhere!

Good but not great
I have the Foreman model. Although it is comfortable and seems pretty rugged it does have issues.
It is impossible to see in direct sunlight and the analogue hands cover the digital time with the small and big hands when they cross. Its a poor layout really.
Apps are featureless and mostly don't work properly.
New models maybe better.

Piece of shit I purchased one for my husband 2 weeks ago doesn’t connect to Bluetooth battery doesn’t hold doesn’t receive all apps. You can receive messages but can’t reply. Not impressed
I bought a original hardhat watch less than 12 months ago and it stopped working a couple of months ago I was told because I used it in a swimming pool but give hard hat there due they replaced it FOC. I have used the new one for about 3 weeks now. Charged it twice and now it won’t charge up. Not impressed at all. (By the way. This one hasn’t even seen water)

The most overpriced repackaged Chinese watch
I bought this watch for $130AUD thinking I got a good deal from their "promotion". On their website, they claimed to offer a "90-day money-back guarantee" so I thought I had the peace of mind to return should there be any problems.
The first red flag I noticed was that you couldn't find the brand anywhere on the watch itself.
The second red flag was that when connected to my phone via Bluetooth, the name appeared as C20_Pro instead of the brand Hard Hat.
One of the advertised feature was that battery lasts 1-2 weeks in a single charge. However, within just a week of usage, the watch turned itself off even though there was still 40% left. Then after fully charging it, the battery drained abnormally fast from 100% to around 70% within a few hours and then to around 30% all within one day.
I asked for a refund 5 times, each time the request was dodged by a person with a single designated name "Mick" with the title Hard Hat Support Team. Extremely sketchy.
I later found out that C20 Pro is not a product of a single, major brand but rather a generic smartwatch model made in China, which costs $59.99AUD on Amazon or about $35AUD on AliExpress. If you Google C20 Pro it looks exactly the "Hard Hat Smart Watch" advertised on their website. Talk about a huge profit margin. Feeling totally scammed.

Brought 2 watches both stopped working with in days of each other
Brought 2 watches and 2 bands. Bands did not arrive with the watches as shipped directly from manufacturers in China, cheap and nasty bands.
First watch did not charge, was offered a replacement. Within 24 hrs the second watch stopped charging and would not turn back on.
DO NOT BUY. CHEAP nasty watches that do not charge or turn on.
