Delivery issue well handed
My order had a delivery issue because the courier's system didn't pass on my full address. Once Happease got back to me, they apologised, fixed the address with DPD and even added a free gift for the trouble. I collected my parcel without any further problems. Thank you for handling it so well!

The Happease Range is 5 stars
The website is easy to use. Delivery was quick and the product is just delicious. The flavours are amazing and they are packaged really well. Each in its own foam compartment.

I am very satisfied with the product
I am very satisfied with the product, and I have even considered partnering with you for its distribution as a company.
The only minor issue was that the package was not properly sealed, and the product almost fell out during transit.
Keep up the good work!
Best regards,
Zoltán

Personal experience: The flowers give me a headache
The flowers give me a headache, yet the vape doesn’t.
Is my problem, no bad review from me though! Still 5 stars.

Hi Andrea,
Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry for the delayed response, we monitor our info email more regularly than Trustpilot, so we didn’t catch this earlier.
I can see in our system that your order has since been delivered, so I hope everything is now resolved. Please let me know if that’s not the case or if anything is still missing.
If you ever need assistance, feel free to contact us directly at info@happease.me, we’ll be happy to help you more quickly there.
Wishing you a great spring,

Excellent
I had to wait a while for delivery, first I thought it was stuck in customs. But a week later, I suddenly received a message that the package was being delivered. It was very well packaged. And I'm very happy with the contents. Excellent quality, truly. My compliments on this. Well done, Happease!
