Hansgrohe Customer Services were extremely helpful when I problems removing a stuck tap cartridge. Ben Bushell and Hannah Houston, in particular, were great. They sent me instructions, took multiple phone calls, and even set up a video to talk me through the process.

Dropped Hansgrohe a message about a problem I was having with a dripping tap. Within two emails it was all sorted and a replacement part is on its way. Great job by the team.

Contacted Hansgrohe and eventually dealt with Hannah. From first phone call , my query was dealt with in less than a day. Very prompt email replies and advice given.

I’ve been a Hansgrohe customer for over 25 years as I’ve found their bathroom fittings to be top-quality. In all that time, I’ve rarely had any issues. Yesterday i got in touch with Hansgrohe about a problem with a shower handset that I had purchased and fitted a few years ago and their customer service was outstanding.
They responded to my emails within minutes and sent out a replacement part the same day - I was pleasantly surprised to find it had arrived within 24 hours. This level of service, combined with their high-quality products, is why I continue to trust Hansgrohe. Highly recommended!

Superb customer service. Hannah knew everything & more about the raindance shower which I wanted to update by adding a handheld function rather than replace the entire unit. A role model & credit to the company.She listened carefully, sending all the links with costs and options required. So knowledgeable, competent, polite, clear and friendly, her advice truly appreciated by an old codger like me. AI cyborgs will never be as trustworthy!
Friendly unproblematic service
Shower head gave up the ghost within the guarantee period. Two emails later I have a replacement, friendly, efficient and no problem service.
Also great that the guarantee period is five years.

Problem with shower kit fixed!
I recently had a problem with an old Hansgrohe shower kit. I figured I would try to fix it on my own and was extremely pleased with the amount of information on their website and their phone and online customer service. Given that I am clueless about plumbing, I relied on them heavily and yet they were responsive in a very timely manner and offered top quality advice. Not only are their products top of the line, but so are the people working at Hansgrohe UK. Very very satisfied customer.

We recently had several issues with one of our newly installed Hansgrohe shower (Axor Shower Select ID), and over the course of several months, Ben Bushell provided exceptional support in helping us resolve them.
From the outset, Ben was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. He took the time to diagnose the problems accurately, source the necessary parts from the relevant departments, and guide us through the installation process—all while ensuring everything was explained clearly, even to a complete novice like me.
His consistency and dedication in seeing the issues through to resolution were truly commendable. Thanks to his support, our shower is now working perfectly, and we are immensely grateful for all his help.
