Excellents produits, matières premières de très bonne qualité. Slip stylé, confection très soignée. Vraiment top!!
Pour la taille, habituellement je porte du S et j’ai acheté des produits en S. C’est parfaitement à ma taille. (Comparé à d’autres marques le S est plutôt ajusté court, prendre votre taille ou juste au dessus si vous êtes entre deux).
Le seul bémol sont les frais de douane, une mauvaise surprise (j’ai dû payer 12% de frais douaniers au livreur pour pouvoir récupérer ma marchandise).
Néanmoins je recommande les produits pour leur grande qualité.

I made a mistake on the shipping address and Royal Mail returned package to sender. Hand and Jones got package to corrected address within a couple of days.

Underwear are good
Underwear are good, pocket for your junk still isn’t big enough. My partners underwear was ok but not big enough for his junk. So sizes are a little too small. Love them just know to buy bigger next time

We try to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum - and you should have seen a refund of $10 in your account at the time your order was dispatched. The actual mailing cost to the USA was less than you were charged, so we refunded you the difference - as we do for all orders where this happens.
We're a small business and only want to cover the actual mail service cost, no more. Obviously if your spend meets our minimum threshold, we also cover the mailing costs entirely.
We do hope to welcome you back soon and hope that you enjoy your underwear in the meantime.
