Hampshire Generators Anmeldelser

My trusty Honda EX650 generator had been neglected for a number of years and would only run with the choke on.
I contacted Hampshire Generators who said they would look at it to see what the issue was. They cautioned me that as this generator had been discontinued by Honda if spare parts were needed that might be difficult.
I dropped the generator off and picked it up a week later in perfect working order. The carburettor needed a good clean and resetting.
Great service, great price and great people.

I had a problem with my year old Gene and took it back to HG's and unfortunately it was terminal, But i must say Lucy Miller and the team replaced the gene no fuss or arguments, great service highly recommended

Recently bought an power pack off this wonderful company in fact I bought 2 but one became faulty

Got in touch with aftersales who promptly sorted out my issue and had a replacement back in my hands as soon as possible, excellent service

Very easy to deal with service was prompt and efficient with regular updates. Thanks for your assistance and service would use again

I had problems with my Ecoflow and HG went above and beyond normal aftercare service. Absolutely outstanding service and the respect shown to the customer is incomparable. One lady in particular, Lucy Miller, I would like to say a massive thank you, what a brilliant company.

Mercury Dilley and Lucy Miller provided excellent aftersales service. Their communications were always prompt, polite and efficient. Although they needed to repeatedly interact with the manufacturer of my product they did so in a truly professional manner. One of the saddest aspects of the British commercial story, in recent decades, is the failure of companies to grasp the importance of good quality administration and aftersales staff in ensuring the future of their business. Hampshire Generators have clearly got it right. Why would I shop elsewhere?

Great company to deal with. After I reported an issue with my generator they organised collection, fixed it, and shipped it back to me. No quibble, no fuss. Thanks guys.

Mercury was so helpful and efficient and made the process of returning and sending a replacement quick and easy. Thank you!

Highly recommend, bought my Honda generator for camping and potential power cuts in the months to come , works great, not cheap but quality costs and staff very helpful and good knowledge on products, next day delivery , Will use them again as after a water proof cover

Excellent service. Can’t fault this Company at all for product and customer service.

Bought the best generator ever from this company, had a very nice phonecall where my issues were solved effectively over the phone and the customer service team was great! Thank you so much!

LUCY AT HAMPSHIRE GENERATORS HAS BEEN A STAR 🌟 LETTING ME KNOW EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY GENERATOR, MUCH APPRECIATED AND ARRANGED THINGS FOR ME, STARLING TRANSPORT ARRIVED ON TIME ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THANKS SO MUCH BOB.

I would advise anybody purchasing any product from this company not to. My solar panels arrived didn't unbox them till 4 days later cos I was so busy. When opened one of the solar panels were broke. Contacted the company and was told I couldn't return them because there policy was to check them within 48 hours. So now I am £300 out of pocket with a broken solar panel. If you do buy from this company read the small print

This company is an absolute pleasure to have dealt with. They went above and beyond to help me out.
I wish I had found them sooner. Item received the next day. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
I will definitely highly recommend and will be using in the future.

Bought a Solar Generator from them 3 years ago ( Bluetti).
It recently went faulty, but even though it was out of warranty, Hampshire Generators have been extremely helpful in putting me in contact with the Bluetti repair team and arranging repair directly. Constant emails with myself copied in to see progress.
Excellent customer service.. Definitely recommended.

The service from Hampshire Generators is exemplary - they go above and beyond to support customers from the pre purchase enquiry right through to after sales.
If only every business could be like them!

We bought a 3kva petrol generator from this outfit. After owning it for 4 days and used for around 6 hours it stopped producing power. I e-mailed them, and spoke to someone, and got the reply that my complaint would be e-mailed to customer services. What a load of tosh, I haven't heard from them, and I think 7 hours after contact is to much wait. My next form of contact will be through the medium of mime. Meanwhile my generator does not work, maybe I'm unlucky, or likely has not, the generator is a pile of cr*p, which ties in rather nicely with their customer service.

I have now used Hampshire Generators (HG) on two occasions over the past two years, purchasing a significant amount of Jackery Power Banks for a youth organisation. On each occasion I have found the ordering process to be excellent and having used their website it is both easy to navigate and intuitive. Being based in Northern Ireland I have had to navigate post Brexit issues and HG were excellent in their support to me as I did so. Queries were dealt with promptly, patiently (given my lack of knowledge on what I was purchasing) and with a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to all and indeed, other companies could take lessons from the HG staff on customer care. Well done to all at HG and thank you.

What can I say, other than one of the best most easiest companies I have dealt with.

From ordering, to having ordered the wrong type the team was on hand to help me and advise me on the best type to get.

If your looking for a genrator give these guys a call! Stuart and Lucy are a credit to the company.

Just had a long conversation with Andy-M via phone. Very helpful man, took time answering questions and advising me about my solar panels. Andy knew exactly what help I needed, was very polite and did not rush me.
