Collection companies are usually hard to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised at how understanding and compassionate Halsted was about my particular situation. Others need to take notes, you get more with honey than salt! Thank you for being so nice!

Nobody likes debt collectors. But when you have a company that makes it easy to set up a payment arrangement online that you’re comfortable with without somebody hassling you over the phone, it makes the daunting task of debt payoff easier. Good business model.

They gave me an option that was very manageable. Sometimes when you get behind on payments and you can't get out from under it and end up with 10 different creditor's calling. Ugh. They sent me an email with a payment I could actually afford. They're may be hope for my credit score yet! It was also super quick and easy
