My experience was disappointing because the service did not meet my expectations. The main issue was the lack of clear communication and timely support. I would appreciate better communication, faster responses, and a more transparent process so customers can have a smoother experience in the future.

First point of contact was a friendly text message. I was able to select a payment that met my SSDI budget. Wish more collection agency handled collection this way.

Worst customer service. Signed an agreement then tried to Make shorter payments on another deal they offered but cs told me I'd still owe the amount on first agreement. Why send another offer if you won't honor it

Halsted offered me an opportunity to pay the small amount that I still owed to Premier Bank, and gave me a discount off the amount. Premier Bank didn't give me a chance to complete my payment set up through January( company name), before sending the $164.38 over to the Credit Bureau and giving me a derogatory charge or write off. I had never heard of Halsted before, until they emailed me. I appreciate Halsted reaching out to me, and offering me a second chance to pay this off, with a discount!

Definitely the most user friendly easy to understand secure way to make payments. Non intrusive forms of communication, extremely friendly and professional staff.

They didn't call 500 times when I didn't have the money. But when I got my new job, there was an easy to use payment plan waiting in my email. I think this is an easy, and encouraging plan of attack on their part.
