I am working with a hair specialist who is ordering the halo extensions. She will style, trim, educate me, and help me with these. It does cost more for her services, but she will give me the best look possible. In the future, if I am confident, I could order directly. I go to a salon for my hair, so I decided to go the salon route for my extensions. Barb in Cleveland

Terrible quality. After only 2 days of wearing them, they felt like I'd had them for 2 months. Not only because they already tangle and feel dry, but they have way more clips for thin pieces. I regret trying this company as they weren't cheap!! Never again.

Excellent company. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. All my queries via email ( and there were quite a few) were answered very promptly. The colour match team were very helpful and gave honest advice. I ordered the Iced Mocha halo which arrived next day, beautifully packaged and fabulous quality hair. As the shade was slightly too light compared to my natural hair (which incidently is the advice I was given by the colour match team ) I have very reluctantly had to return it. The best online customer service I have received in a very long time and a very good quality product. Highly recommend this company.

These are the worst hair extensions I have ever bought. Once you have washed them they tangle and knot so bad. Clearly is not “human hair” only goes back to being like hair once a lot of heat has been put on it. Worst hair ever, don’t waste your time or money. I bought these 6 months ago and after 2 months of wearing them they was straight in the bin.

I had great help with matching my natural hair to the extensions, they match perfectly. I also had the best help matching the thickness to my hair. I only had to send a picture of my hair. Also, very quick service & delivery. This was quick responsive, successful help. Very happy with my new halo hair extensions. The best I’ve ever come across. the worst clip in hair extensions I have ever ever ever had !!! The hair is ridiculously thin, you are able to see how thick they are unless you take them off the gold bamd ( they then don't except returns ) the hair doesn't even cover one side of your head. So so poor, honestly gutted. Do not buy!

Worst extensions I have ever had - and I’ve had extensions for over 15 years ! Regardless of following all the right care advise - they knot , snap and tangle . No response to my Facebook messages , emails or voicemails either . Terrible product and awful customer service

I have used halo 4 times now and every single time has been perfect. The shade match is always spot on. The quality is unreal, I have washed, dyed and styled these multiple times and they’re still like new. Love them!! X

I had really high hopes for this hair as I have such a difficult colour to match, I used their colour match service in which worked really well. I had clip ins at first in the shade copper. I then took the plunge and got extensions - 20” copper tape ins. I have had these in for around 1 month, and I am so so disappointed with the quality of them. They are by far the worst extensions I’ve had. And I have a lot of knowledge on extensions. I don’t know how you can claim these are top quality “REMY” hair extensions when I have done everything by the book, used all the right products and they just completely frizz and knot up.

I have also tried to contact the company on social media and via email and have been ignored. Very convenient!!!

The most beautiful quality product for a fantastic price! Not to mention their colour matching skills were 10/10 😍 I got the 20” Ponytail Light Chestnut #10 Hair Extension and it’s my new favourite way to wear my hair ❤️

The hair is fantastic quality, shade match was so easy to do and it was spot on. Delivery was super speedy. Overall, couldn’t recommend this company enough. I’ve wore the extensions a lot and they’re still in perfect condition.

the 20" Deluxe Natural Black 1B clip-ins, I was amazed at the quality and easily it blended with my hair. This is my first time using clips and found it so easy to install. I keep getting so many compliments it's unreal, will definitely be making another order. Super fast delivery which is another bonus.

I have the 24” ponytail extension and love it! The colour match is spot on and quality is great too! I have ballyage hair so it’s quite specific and I was SO impressed with this, it matches perfectly! Would recommend you pin it in place though so it holds through the night.

Halo hair quality is amazing. The hair comes in lovely packaging. They colour match my hair the exact same as mine, which I thought was fantastic. Delivery was very quick. Would definitely recommend them if you want gorgeous looking hair.

I have had halo hair extensions for many years now buying at least 2/3 halos per year. I have noticed the quality since last year has been awful and the hair just goes frizzy and matter and is not usable/wearable at all! And the shredding is unbelievable clumps of hair falling out everywhere. It’s really disappointing. I don’t believe the hair they use is 100% human hair any more.

When I contacted halo hair and sent pictures of the hair condition and the fact that strands of hair were turning black when styled with my dyson air wrap after only one use they asked me to return my hair for quality control at my own expense.

I am really conscious of my hair so after the first time when they matted and frizzed I stopped using that halo as it made it worse.

I reverted to one of my very older halos that had been well used but had over time go shorter with the need to cut due to hair splitting over time and even now that hair is still in better condition than the new halo purchased in December.

Really disappointing customer service - based on the number or terrible reviews I really think they should consider changing hair suppliers.

The price of the halos have gone up drastically and the quality does not reflect the increase!

I will be looking for alternatives going forward.
