I am a returning customer of Halara, having ordered items from them over a few years.

Generally I have found the clothes of decent quality and good to size. I have had to recently arrange a return and personally found the process not too bad compared to other reviews I have read.

My biggest criticism is the length of time my latest orders are taking to arrive, even when paying for expedited shipment. My experience is there is no quick delivery… and a delivery period of easily 3 weeks should be subconsciously factored in when ordering- so leave plenty of time.

Awful returns process and cheap sub standard clothing. Expensive shipping £7 - and then £4 to return. Waste of money

Wouldn’t even give one star. Item missing from my order. They investigated, admitted fault and offered a gift card and then complete radio silence from customer service. DO NOT BUY from this website.

ABSOLUTELY NO!!!! For weeks my order sits unprocessed! They dont respond to my texts in the app, there’s no email I can send request for help, there’s no refund! What the heck is going on?!?! Total scam

Products were fine but the return process was horrific.
Hidden costs and frustrating procedure.

Just received order which took a age to come but they said because one item was on pre order it be sent at a certain date and they arrived today. Now the drawstring trousers i ordered a medium petite i am 5 ft 2 for reference the are only petite if u pull up under breast which really isn't the look i was after so to wear them normally they more like a regular so would have to take up. First thing they are really creased and the first thing my husband said they very thin aren't they. Yes they are thin and nothing like the influencers show when trying on but i could make them work with some wonder web and they no different from primark. The flowy skirt with shorts is a little to big so shorts aren't tight and bit loose. I would return but reading all the comments I'll just cut my losses and never order from them again. Also the influencer s who say they brilliant obviously get the good quality things. It a lot of money to waste but I'll probably won't even wear the clothes. I'm gutted cuz the clothes do look good and nearly ordered jeans but I'll give it a miss. I'm so glad i only got 2 things.

It is impossible to return items , it makes it impossible to do . Never again will I order from this company

Returns are such a complex process, firstly the link for the return label doesn't open or download , secondly chatting to a online system ineffective.
Due to their document download issues it has cost me £9.36 to return the items myself.
Second time this has happened to me for two orders also had to chase them for a refund on a previous order.

You have to log your tracking number onto the portal & wait!

Stay away from this company !

Waiting over 3 weeks. When I try to log in it says email not recognised, order number not recognised and phone number not recognised! Luckily I have proof via PayPal.
Customer service then sent me a link to a different person’s order. I’m still waiting for either a refund or my order.
Useless and I would NOT recommend.
If you do choose to order from Halara UK, please only do so knowing the risks and please use PayPal to pay so you have proof of your order.

The pants stink! The smell like chemicals and shit! I have washed them several times and tryed everything but they stink so bad. When writing customer service they write me back in German and keep asking them to write in Swedish or English couse I don’t understand German but they keep answering in German. Tryed to use the app to return but the return cost is so high that it’s almost the actual cost of the pants!! Halara used to be good but now it’s not. Don’t buy these pants, you will smell like shit and have chemicals against your skin and you won’t be able to return couse the cost is so high it’s not worth it.

I’ve given 3 stars as it’s early days, I ordered shorts and trousers a while back can’t remember how long it took but they arrived and loved them, so I have ordered more of the same in more colours I still haven’t received them but wasn’t expecting them as quick, so not complaining yet! Not experienced returns so can’t comment but I wouldn’t imagine it being straight forward, having read reviews I would be very cautious

Shipping is so slow. Ordered over a month ago, received very few updates but was advised I would receive my items by 5th May, still nothing! Can’t comment on product quality as still yet to receive order! Website looks very much like shein without the shein price tag so am a little apprehensive. Also not feeling confident in the event that I need to return items after reading others experiences. Will not shop again.

I bought a few pairs through Tik tok. Then I purchased two pairs of Halara website 56 pounds. They won’t let me return them. Such a hassle

Really bad . The quality of the items are good but they have been a let down with sizing and deducting £9.85 fees for return . What a rip off .

Unlike most reviews this is a very positive one. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers which were delivered in roughly 2 weeks. Unfortunately one pair was not the colour I was expecting. I contacted Halara via their FB page & after a few messages o was offered either a return & refund or a gift card. As I liked the other pair of trousers I bought I opted for the gift card which I received within a few hours. As I have yet to use it, I cannot comment on if it worked but as of now I would definitely recommend this company

I would give no stars is it were possible. Wrong item sent and having pay for and jump through hoops to return. I’ve given up. Dreadful company avoid.

Very disappointed in this company, I ordered 2 items that were pre order, shipping date came & went, kept having emails to say a delay. Nearly 6 weeks later and they have cancelled my order, it seems their main goal is to ship items out to influencers on social media platforms, I have see this myself with the items being shown off on YouTube and tiktok, maybe if I had ordered from their links mine wouldn't have been cancelled, I guess us 'ordinary' people don't really matter to them 😡

Clothes took over 8 weeks to arrive (despite saying delivery in 7-10 days). All were poor quality and not well cut. Spent several days trying to create an account to return them to no avail. Spent another several hours over the period of a week trying to get a solution from live chat. Fobbed off each time with ‘check your junk’ ‘try again on a different device’ ‘wait until all items have arrived’. Eventually got through to create an account and then began the returns process - the website is constructed to get you to click on the button that cancels the return each time, they demand photos of the issues, you have to give detailed reasons or it won’t let you proceed. Finally you are told it will cost £2.95 to return (then off your refund) and the refund may take several weeks to process… I had to print labels and a return form. They make the whole process EXTREMELY difficult. Consider this a warning.

Ordered 2 pairs of cropped summer pants. They fit well, seem true to size, and the material is nice and lightweight for summer, but they're way overpriced for the quality of them. And they're described as 'zipper pocket' ...... can't find a zip on any pocket! I could have bought similar pants for less than half the price from Shein.

Halara never sent my full order. I contacted them and was told to take it up with the carrier. They never sent the 3rd pair of jeans to me and I'm supposed to take it up with the carrier?! Customer service is very poor and I definitely won't ever order from this company again.
