I came to HairNeva - DRGO Hair Transplant for hair transplantation and was really satisfied. From the very first day, the team was very attentive and explained the entire process in detail. The operation was both comfortable and professional. It's been a few months now, and my new hair looks very natural. I would recommend them to anyone considering hair transplantation in Istanbul.

Acudí a HairNeva con la esperanza de solucionar un complejo personal, pero no solo no lo resolvieron, sino que me han generado uno nuevo, una zona donante destrozada. La experiencia fue confusa e inconsistente desde el primer momento.

Antes de viajar, tras enviar mis fotos y realizar el estudio previo, me garantizaron entre 3.500 y 4.000 grafts para cubrir línea frontal, zona media y coronilla. Sin embargo, al llegar a la clínica en Estambul para mi primera intervención (17 de febrero de 2023), me informaron de forma repentina que solo implantarían 2.100 grafts. De haberlo sabido antes, jamás habría viajado, ya que en España me ofrecían lo mismo por un precio similar, ya que en España lo maximo que se implanta por intervención es 2.500 grafts. Me aseguraron que esa cantidad sería suficiente… pero el tiempo demostró que no era así.

A partir del sexto mes, ya era evidente la falta de densidad en la zona media y coronilla. Lo más preocupante fue la dirección completamente antinatural del injerto en la línea frontal, que no respetaba el sentido de crecimiento del cabello existente. Una de las entradas quedó visiblemente despoblada y con una orientación incoherente, y la coronilla permanecía igual o incluso peor.

Tras muchos meses insistiendo, accedieron a hacerme una segunda intervención el 4 de enero de 2024, esta vez sin coste adicional. Sin embargo, tuve que asumir nuevamente los gastos de vuelo, hotel y traslados, por lo que el procedimiento terminó costándome mucho más de lo previsto inicialmente. Y lo peor: los resultados fueron aún más traumaticos.

Me dejaron una línea frontal asimétrica, con un lado claramente más bajo que el otro. La entrada sigue con poca densidad y mal orientada, la coronilla igual de despoblada, y para colmo, han sobreexplotado la zona donante con una extracción agresiva y mal realizada. Esta vez han extraido 3.800 grafts, pero los resultados son invisibles y la zona donante un desastre.

Quiero dejar claro que desde el primer momento he sido riguroso con el tratamiento médico recomendado: me medico con una fórmula magistral personalizada basada en los resultados de un test genético (Trichotest) y me realizo sesiones de PRP de forma periódica. Es decir, he hecho todo lo que está en mi mano para favorecer el resultado. Si el injerto ha fracasado, no ha sido por falta de cuidados o seguimiento por mi parte. La única responsabilidad es de HairNeva.

Intenté expresar mi descontento adjuntando fotos de todo, pero su única respuesta fue que debía esperar 12 meses para valorar resultados. No ofrecieron soluciones ni mostraron intención alguna de contestar, cuando era evidente que esto no era una cuestión de tiempo. Lo más grave, más allá del fracaso quirúrgico, ha sido la absoluta falta de seguimiento, profesionalidad y atención postoperatoria. Nadie contestaba por muchos mensajes que enviase.

Desde que contacté con ellos en enero de 2023, mi caso ha pasado por al menos seis personas distintas: Umut, Vanessa, Rumeysa, Indira, Harry y ahora Rania. Todos han dejado la empresa o han sido despedidos. Esta rotación constante refleja una evidente falta de estabilidad y profesionalidad interna. No se trata de un problema puntual con un médico o coordinador: es un problema estructural de la clínica.

He intentado ser comprensivo y buscar soluciones sin tener que llegar a este punto, pero me han dejado sin alternativa. Las instalaciones y el hotel pueden ser muy bonitas, pero eso no sirve de nada si los resultados médicos son pésimos y el trato posterior es inexistente.

No recomendaría HairNeva a nadie. Mi experiencia ha sido un auténtico desastre, tanto a nivel estético como emocional. Estoy más calvo, con una zona donante destrozada y con una linea frontal horrible.

I love this clinic but I was shocked by one of your medical consultant named Timmy. I want to report a racist comment he made about my friend African American decent in your clinic. He should be an Algerian decent or could be lying .He seem to be very arrogant in his responses . He kept harassing him for a down payment . See his picture and his phone number link to his response. He wrote an unprofessional and racist remarks to my friend and wrote "What a disrespectful old man you are, shame on you .Its obvious that you're African, what waste if time." Can't express himself in English .This was from his phone number ending +90 546 902 06 94. Beware , there is much racism run by this man named Timmy . One year ago I had a hair transplant surgery at Hair Neva clinic and I’m very happy with the results. The outcome looks natural, and one of the best parts is that they didn’t shave my scalp hair—so no one could tell I had anything done. This made the recovery much more comfortable and discreet.

Had a really good experience with Hair Neva. It’s been 5 months since my procedure & my results are amazing! Omar has been so helpful answering all my questions prior to my procedure & my contact on aftercare has also been great. The procedure itself was manageable, feeling completely myself in the evenings of both days. The first 10 days is quite uncomfortable, and so is the first month in general. After that, you’re over the worst of it all. Throughout has felt very manageable & the results I’ve got now is quite incredible! It’s so mad to have hair growth in an area I was previously completely bald in! Overall, the clinic was state of the art, good facilities, good people and overall pretty happy.

La Meilleure Clinique Capillaire D'Istanbul.
Voilà une semaine que je suis rentré D'Istanbul où j'ai effectué ma greffe de cheveux avec la Clinique Hairneva du Docteur Go. Je vais vous raconter mon expérience en toute transparence.
Ayant une perte de cheveux qui à commencée il y a quelques années, j'ai fait des recherches pour une greffe. Mais où aller ? Car c'était l'inconnu... peut être comme vous aujourd'hui.
Après avoir fait le tri dans cette "jungle", pour ma part j'ai éliminé toutes les offres alléchantes de greffe comprises entre 900 et 3000 € avec billets d'avion inclus, en vous forçant à réserver le jour même car l'offre expire... Attention aux arnaques (agence de tourisme médicale et non un clinique). Je ne suis pas aller en Turquie parceque ça ne coûte pas cher, j'y suis aller parceque c'est les meilleurs dans ce domaine. Aller pas chercher un prix, il faut être conscient qu'une intervention de qualité est comprise entre 3500 € et 4500 €, ne jouer pas avec votre vie pour économiser...
Mon choix, celle qui à retenue toute mon attention , c'est HAIRNEVA, la Clinique du Dr Go, classées parmi les meilleures cliniques pour tous les avis positifs et je dois dire que le reportage de Ben Hein à contribué beaucoup ma décision.
J'ai été opéré dans les meilleurs conditions qu'ils soient et j'ai reçu les traitements de pointe adaptés à ma perte de cheveux le tout avec un accompagnement "premium".
8 Octobre 2024, je prends contact avec la Clinique via whatsapp, j'ai été en relation avec Téoman, consultant médical français. Nous avons fait le bilan de mes cheveux avec l'envoie de photos. Après consultation de mon dossier par l'équipe médicale, nous avons pris la décision de faire la greffe sur deux jours avec la méthode DHI, devis établi et validé. Pendant toute cette période nous sommes restés en contact, Téoman est un jeune homme sympathique, réactif et extrêmement professionnel.
Vendredi 28 Février 2025, je pars de l'île de Beauté, direction Nice puis Istanbul. J'en ai profité pour visiter la ville, c'était une première à Istanbul, je suis tombé sous le charme... Hairneva a envoyé un taxi pour me conduire de l'aéroport IST à mon hôtel dans le centre historique.
Mardi 4 Mzrs 2025, le grand jour est arrivé, je suis conduit à l'hôtel Mariott Executive Apartements Istanbul Fulya. Accueil et installation dans une suite appartement de grand standing 5 étoiles. Ensuite je suis descendus à la Clinique. Celle-ci occupe tout le 2 ème étage de l'hôtel, très pratique et rassurant, quel confort et avantage inégalable d'avoir juste à prendre l'ascenseur de la Clinique à sa chambre. Il y a également au niveau de la réception une épicerie de qualité. Au passage, je tiens à remercier l'équipe du Mariott pour leur gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion, merci encore pour la petite attention lors de mon départ.
A mon arrivée, j'ai fais la connaissance de Téoman en personne, visite des locaux, formalités administratives, rendez vous avec le Chef de service Mr Irfan pour le diagnostic de mes cheveux, dessin de la ligne frontale, je n'ai pas fais de demande particulière au médecin, c'est lui qui après analyse complète à décider du nombre de greffons et de la répartition.
Ensuite j'ai eu un entretien avec Mr Ammar, superviseur de la Clinque, qui après analyse de mes cheveux m'a conseiller un nouveau traitement de pointe qui augmentera considérablement les résultats de ma greffe et surtout sur mes cheveux existants : Stemcell Exosomes Cellules souches tri therapie avec un supplément, traitement que j'ai accepté conscient de l'état de ma chevelure.
Petit tour chez la comptable, prise de photos, bilan de santé (prise de sang et électrocardiogramme). Ensuite vient le moment temps redouté, le rasage intégrale de la tête... je trouve que ça me va pas mal !
Je me suis changé dans des habits plus confortables, les portes pour l'accès aux salles d'intervention se sont ouvertes, c'est parti pour une nouvelle vie...
L'équipe médicale, un seul mot FORMIDABLE
Même équipe sur les deux jours, bravo à eux qui restent concentrés (période de Ramadan) pendant les heures d'intervention, notamment sur ma ligne frontale qui a durée 3h30. Pour la phase de prélèvement des greffons, c'est un travail minutieux, d'exception qui est réalisé, les greffons sont triés et comptés 1 par 1, ce tri est décisif pour la répartition.Merci à Mme Zilan anesthésie, Mr Metin assistant implantation, Mr Sultan responsable implantation et Mr Burak assistant test,rasage,shampoing.Je rajouterai une sixième étoile pour Téoman, car il est au cœur de l'expérience et de la relation.
Je ne manquerai pas de donner une suite impartiale à cet avis post-opératoire dans 6 et 12 mois pour faire part de mon ressenti sur le résultat et la repousse de mes cheveux.

The staff was very friendly. The surgery went well. Minimal pain. Shout out to the technicians I had, they did a great job with the grafts. Was pleased with the hairline.

I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. I refrained from leaving a negative review immediately, as I wanted to wait for the final results before sharing my experience. However, after undergoing a hair transplant at this clinic in October 2023—nearly 16 months ago—the results have been deeply disappointing.

Here are some major red flags that I either failed to notice before booking my appointment or realized too late. And if you're wondering, yes, it is highly likely that many of the positive reviews here are fake.

Red Flags:
Poor Communication & Staff Turnover
After scheduling my appointment, I followed up a month later only to find that the person I had been in contact with had disappeared. Another staff member then took over my case. While this might seem normal, it made sense in hindsight considering the other issues I encountered.

Lack of Transparency About the Surgeon
I specifically asked for the name of the professional who would perform my procedure, and they provided one. However, upon arriving in Turkey, I realized that their internal communication was lacking. I had to remind them of our prior agreement to ensure I was assigned the same person.

Last-Minute Schedule Changes
My hair transplant was planned as a two-day procedure: the first day for the crown area and the second day for the front. Initially scheduled for the morning of the second day, my procedure was abruptly rescheduled to 7 PM the night before. This unexpected change was highly unprofessional.

Premature Review Requests
Just a few days after the procedure, they reached out, asking me to leave a review, emphasizing its importance. This raised concerns, as they had repeatedly told me that I would need to wait a year to see results. If their success rate were high, why would they ask for reviews so soon?

Freelance-Based Operation
Almost every time I contacted the clinic, I was met with a different staff member. This indicates that they rely heavily on freelancers rather than having a stable, dedicated medical team. I regret not recognizing this as a major red flag when I first noticed personnel changes.

The Results:
Overharvesting of Donor Area
The sides of my head were unnecessarily overharvested, and even after 1.5 years, they have not recovered. This left me with low density and bald spots, despite having plenty of hair at the back of my head that could have been used instead.

Low Hair Regrowth Rate
By my estimation, more than half of the transplanted hairs did not regrow. Given the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been willing to pay more for better results, but unfortunately, it’s too late now.

Uneven & Patchy Growth
The transplanted area is visibly patchy, with one side noticeably denser than the other. I expect the clinic to blame post-procedure care, but I fail to see how I could have cared for one half of my head differently from the other.

Do not waste your money or, more importantly, your precious donor area hair at this clinic. I cannot stress enough the importance of doing thorough research and finding professionals with a proven track record of good results. The positive reviews here are most likely bought—do not trust them blindly.

I chose HairNeva because of the results I’ve seen and after lots of research they were the ones I ended up deciding on. What an experience. Highs and lows but at the end of it, it was a home run. Hard to really prepare mentally so I would recommend booking and enjoying the journey. There main focus is to give you the best results. Comfort is secondary but learned many reasons for that. The staff were awesome and I highly recommend HairNeva!

The entire staff and team were very professional, courteous and thorough. I felt as though I was taken well care of and made to feel comfortable. Ammar is very helpful and precise with his presentation of all information relating to the surgery, after the surgery and care. He takes his job seriously and does it very well.

Io non ero né d'accordo né contro questa scelta, non sapevo cosa aspettarmi e, comunque, rispetto il volere di mio marito. Così, siamo partiti per Istabul, direzione Hairneva Dr.Go clinik. L'esperienza è stata positiva, mio marito è veramente soddisfatto della procedura, il personale é molto gentile e professionale, i locali accoglienti e puliti. I did my hair transplant here about 18 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole procedure was explained perfectly with staff who were readily available and time of the day before, during and after the procedure via WhatsApp, the phone or at the clinic. I have now grown a man bun which I’ve always wanted to do. The staff were all very friendly. The procedure was on the whole painless though the anaesthetic was pretty bad though it only lasted about 5 mins max before the head was numb. I couldn’t be happier with the results now! The only improvement I’d make would be that the staff doing the transplant spoke better English. Thanks again HairNeva for my hair transformation. From initial contact, HairNeva was very responsive and informative. They gave great confidence in knowing that I would be traveling to a foreign country.
