I had a very good experience, they covered all the details and questions about the procedure thoroughly. Dr Kumar explained the process as we were going though, which was a hair transplant with approx 2k follicles (I liked to know what each step was). The aftercare details were thoroughly covered and happy with the result so far (it's only been a few days). I'd have like a little more information/reminders in the run up to the day - I did watch some videos of others and there may have been things missed if you didn't do the same.

Made my hair transplant easy. Its still early days (2 weeks post surgery) but everything so far has been great. Any questions ive had Robbie has answered and made me feel confident. He has always replied promptly with relevant information even over the Christmas period. Glad i chose these guys!

My journey with Hair Medics Uk started with a video consultation, the knowledge of the team was exceptional, they explained every stage professionally and also put everything in terms that I, as a non medical person, could understand. I booked up back in the summer, yesterday I had my FUE hair transplant surgery carried out.
Dr Rohit met me at reception along with Yeti his nurse technician, reality quickly set in and started to feel a bit nervous about the procedure. Dr Rohit quickly put my mind at ease with his knowledge and confidence and left me feeling relaxed and comfortable. The procedure went very well, his focus was exemplary and he talked me through every step of the way. His entire team was great, but I must add that Yeti is a true asset to the company, her patient care is the best I’ve seen and she was able to make every step very personal and calm.

Its not easy to find providers of DHT blockers for females. I was very happy to discover Hair Medics.
When I called staff were in clinic but they have promptly called me back same day.
I was able to talk through my symptoms and was advised few products. I have placed an order right away online and received it within 3 days.
I have ordered few more items yesterday and I have already received notification from Royal Mail its on its way.
As I only started the therapy cant say anything about the outcomes but I am so pleased that I have an affordable option to try to improve my hair loss.
So far very impressed.

I have switched to this product from Belgravia minoxidil and especially love the 10% solution as it’s not as thick and comes with a measuring ml

Well , I found this minoxidil much more helpful for my hair as it is working better and faster than others,probably with cafeen and retinol mixed to minoxidil.
Also as I have sensitive scalp, they have all sort of different minoxidil and mine is without PG.
The customer service are helpful and they could sort out my mistake order free of charge.
Even they advised me for alternative minoxidil for my itchy scalp as the one without PG was out of stock.
I hope it would do the same.

Excellent product used 15% Dulagen minoxidil for years but now use hair medics uk's own brand 15% minoxidil with Pg + Azelaic Acid + Retinol + Caffeine - 6 Bottles 15% minoxidil with Pg + Azelaic Acid + Retinol + Caffeine which is just as good if not better
