I met with Dr Adam Elmi who did my hair transplant surgery and I have been very happy with his customer services and could see how experience him and his team are. I bought minoxidil from this website and I had questions about the product. I contacted them through various online platforms and they would either not answer at all, were incredibly unhelpful, and then ghosted. I am not sure who is responsible for their customer service online, but whoever it is, either needs training, or to be sacked. I find this approach to be unprofessional. Customers have questions that you should readily respond to. I noticed they seem capable enough to respond to trustpilot reviews. Why do you not respond to emails?

Moving on to the minoxidil mix, this product is extremely greasy and had I known, I wouldn't have purchased. I will use up the product and see if there is any difference. Not noticed anything yet.

Visited Hair Medics today for my final PpA? So very impressed with the results after only 5 months . Excellent team at Colny Hair Medics and the wonderful Dr Hamad Hawama and his colleagues make you feel relaxed and professionally looked after from start to finish . I had a very positive experience with Hair Medics UK. Dr Hamad Hawama and the team were professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the consultation and transplant procedure. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after on the day and during the immediate aftercare. It is still very early to judge the final result, but I’m very happy with the service and care I’ve received so far.
