Expensive subscription for poor quality product and delivery
Unfortunately there have been no improvements to hair or shedding even after few months. My first subscription was missing products, and my second subscription was late so there was a few days gap in tablets - my other supplement and skincare subscriptions deliver earlier to provide an overlap and continuous course. I was also left short of tablets without the correct number to take so it appears there weren't as many as advertised. Unfortunately it's an expensive subscription for poor quality product and delivery. The only positive was when I contacted the team about missing deliveries, they responded quickly and efficiently.

Where is my order?? Update..
After posting my review, I was contacted personally and was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded. They took my concerns seriously, explained that my order had finally been dispatched, escalated the delivery with the courier, and even offered three additional surprises as a gesture of goodwill!!
(Although I am still waiting for the parcel to arrive, their response has definitely changed my impression of Hairburst in a positive way? I really appreciate that they listened and made a genuine effort to put things right.)
I will update my review again once I receive my order.
I originally ordered because I already loved one of their shampoos, which I bought locally. After seeing their offer on Instagram, I was excited to try more of their products.

I love this brand!
I’ve been using your hair products now for just over a year and the difference in my hair is so noticeable. My hair is stronger, less frizzy and does not go greasy as quickly as it did with other shampoo/conditioners. Its that good, Ive discovered my 25-year-old son has been using it too!! From ordering to delivery is so quick too, which i like as I’m a last-minute kind of girl.

Had an issue with a product that was sent to me damaged. Emailed hairburst and they replied the next day and organised a replacement product to be sent which arrived the next day. Very fast and efficient communication and sorted the problem swiftly. Very impressed

Placed a order for the first time last week as there was a great deal on a bundle what included shampoo, conditioner, 3 months supply of hair gummies and a free travel sized gift set also..fantastic offer. Arrived later that week. Unfortunately the gift set was missing so contacted customer services who were amazing, replied next day and were quick and efficient in resolving the issue and sent the gift set out the next day. Too early to give out a review on the products however used the shampoo and conditioner and my hair was lovely soft and fresh from first use. Very hapoy customer and will order again

Už nikdy více!!! Šampon a kondicionér od Hairburst jsem používala něco málo přes měsíc. První dojem super, krásně voní, jen ne bohužel na vlasech. Po měsíci používání vlasy ztratily lesk, kvalitu, začaly se krepatit a celkově nevypadaly zdravě. Ve finále jsem si hlavu musela mýt každý den, protože vlasy byly splihlé a vypadaly neumytě, prostě hrozně! Přešla jsem na svůj dřívější šampon a už po prvním umytí se vlasy zlepšily. Snad tahle recenze pomůže někomu ušetřit peníze, protože to je jen marketingový podvod, který propagují béčkové celebrity a ,,influencerky,, které dostávají peníze za to, že doporučují tenhle sajrajt, ale očividně ho na své vlasy nikdy nepoužily! Děkuji, nechci!!!
