Missing items, no resolve, discretions with the online order system and not honouring buy one get one free
Having been a customer of theirs for a while, I have been very disappointed with my latest order. More than half of it was missing. I thought I had done the buy one get one free on all purchases as advertised, unfortunately the online order form only showed one free bundle (I hadn't noticed there was a discretion), yet even that didn't come complete. I ordered two Summer bundles (all full size products) and I should have received two Summer bundles for free under the Buy One Get One Free offer. I have been back and fourth at a time when I don't need this stress, I've been in and out of hospital. When a second parcel arrived it contained travel size serums for one of my paid for bundles and the one for the only free bundle I received. The lady I have been dealing with is friendly, but is not listening to what I'm saying, ignoring what doesn't suit and keeps referring back to an order, which obviously shows a mistake in the system and hasn't acknowledged the travel size products that have been sent instead of full size. I seem to be talking to a brick wall. This stuff is not cheap and I only bought it because of the offer on - I wouldn't buy from here again.

I had an issue with the delivery…
I had an issue with the delivery adress, that changed when i was paying the order. I didnt notice and ordered it. Once i noticed i wrote to the customer service, which answered me the same day and switched the adress to that one i wanted. I really liked the speed and of am aswer and that they helped me with my issue immediately. Chichi was very kind me too.

So far I’m loving the products although it is early days. I have to say customer service is 1st class. My order went to wrong address, totally my fault it was my old address, therefore it was returned to sender. It was despatched to me again with no charge. My motto is if you look after your customer they will look after you 🤗

Fantastic customer service from Chichi! I accidentally entered the wrong address for my Hairburst delivery and emailed to see if it could be resolved. Chichi responded within 10 minutes and sorted everything out for me straight away.

I have been using hair burst products…
I have been using hair burst products for a few years now and love them all. I use the shampoo and conditioner for both curly and wavy hair and longer and stronger hair and they do what they say on the bottle! I also use the hair gummies and have definitely noticed improvement in those thinning spots around my forehead. I have got my daughter and daughter in law using them too!
Customer service is also quick to respond and very helpful!

I ordered some new mum vitamins and all three pots arrived 3 months out of date! As a breast feeding mum I am beyond disappointed and concerned to spend £50 on useless vitamins that I can’t trust are safe to take being out of date. I appreciate they may have a short shelf life as previously mentioned in reviews but this is beyond a joke to send EXPIRED product. They should at least last the 3 months you will be using them for. Appalling.
