Ty and Leighton delivered and set up my pure bliss hot tub today.
I could not be happier!
They were professional, efficient and friendly and kind. They showed me how everything worked and gave me plenty of helpful tips and guidance on how to manage my hot tub.
They made the whole process stress free and enjoyable.
The hot tub is incredible! After putting this off for many years i finally took the “plunge”.

H2O Spa
From the start where we spoke to Pauline regarding the various hot tubs. She was great at helping us decide what we wanted and needed. She was always responsive to our questions and got back to us every time. Kate who arranged the logistics was also so helpful and always got back to us quickly. We took delivery of our hot tub today. We included the set up service. This was done by Ty and Leighton. I don’t think we have ever had such professional and courteous delivery and installation professionals. They explained and demonstrated everything so clearly and were patient with our questions making sure we were happy. Fabulous service all round. First class.

I had my hot tub in April just in time…
I had my hot tub in April just in time for the best summer in years! Pauline and Katie were so helpful and communication was great throughout the purchase and delivery process and has offered their services if advice is needed at any time in the future. Would highly recommend this company. The hot tub itself has been so easy to use and looks great in my garden 😊

Hot tub delivery
The whole experience with H20 hot tubs has been fantastic, from the first phone call with Molly to the delivery with Tony and Leighton.
Tony and Leighton were so friendly and polite and gave a thorough explanation after setting the hot tub up, answering any questions we had.
I am really pleased with the hot tub and every aspect of the service so would 100% recommend H20.
