Absolutely brilliant pair of lads delivered my hot tub today fully installed and explelained everything to a t, top guys, top job by Leighton and hayden thanks again guys

From beginning to end H20 Hot Tubs were 1st Class . From Molly & Katie helping us choose the best Tub for us, and answering any questions we threw at them they promptly got back to us. Delivery went smoothly and would highly recommend paying extra for Tony & Stephen to set it up , they were fantastic, even though it was pouring with Rain. The whole Team were very knowledgable and extremely friendly . Would definitely recommend H20 100%.

From the initial enquiry the service was great, prompt responses and able to answer our questions.
The delivery guys were professional and very knowledgable about the hot tub and spent time positioning it and setting up ready for use.

We purchased this hot tub online. Everything done through WhatsApp and email. What a smooth service it was. I’m not going to lie, when they asked for payment 7 days before delivery it crossed my mind it was a scam. I would highly recommend the company. The two men who delivered were great, Ty and leighton were brilliant. Went through everything nice and slow do we understood. A thumbs up from us.

What brilliant lads happy guys very pleasant . Installed hot tub nothing was to much trouble answered any questions that I wasn’t sure of very clear at explaining.made sure everything was okay before leaving. Fully recommend these guys Tony & grant thankyou well done ..Mr &Mrs Bright ..

Dan did a fantastic service on my hot tub. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with tips on keeping my hot tub gleaming. Can’t rate Dan and the service high enough. A+++

From start to finish, this was a great experience.

Molly was our initial contact when making enquires and she couldn’t have been more helpful.

Then Katie took over with the logistics. I sent a video of the delivery route from my drive through to the place the tub would end up. Katie provided useful and accurate advice which saved a lot of hassle on delivery day ( our tub is in a tight cosy spot )

Then Tony & Neal delivered the tub, Those guys are fantastic, they even remembered I had just come off a night shift, so rang my fiancé to tell her they had arrived, rather than knocking on the door and potentially waking me. I was already up, but this was a nice touch and proves they care about their customers.

They then put the tub in place and went through a detailed presentation, fitted the addition insulation, and wired it up. Very approachable guys that know their stuff.

The hot tub is stunning, the build quality is brilliant and the jets are very powerful and adjustable, the lighting is amazing as well.

To clarify, this is for a pure bliss with the gold package, but without the full installation, as we are experienced tub owners and water setup and balance is nothing new for us and building the basket carrier was straight forward for me.

The pure bliss was the only tub we could find that would fit in our space ( 180x180 )
As we built our pergola around our previous inflatable tub.

Highly recommend these guys!! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Well what breathe of fresh air this company is from walking in to the showroom right through to the fitting of the hot tub was absolutely pleasant and straight forward experience no pushy sales we were left to look around and choose the one for us but the excellent advice was on hand when we needed it excellent communication with Katie prior to delivery and excellent del and installation from Tony and Leighton great lads left me with great advice on how to use the tub excellent company 100% recommend.

Lee and Simon d were fantastic really helpful delivered out hot tub on time and with care very informative and really lovely blokes thanks guys 😊

Aaron and Neal turned up at the time they stated. Were very professional. Placed our hot tub where are asked. They set up the cleaning cycle times and explained the controls and to fill the spa,change filters and when to change the water. Hats off to you guys for doing an amazing job it that unruly heat.

The team are so helpful, not only with my hot tub purchase but the after sales has been second to none. Thanks to Molly, Katie and Rich. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

From start to finish the team have been great. Keeping us informed of what needs done . Making sure we were ready for the hot tub being delivered so we wouldn't have any issues. Aaron and Ty were great from the off. Letting us know they were running a little late, setting everything up talking us through what they were doing at all points. Went through everything making sure we were happy and understood what to do before they left. Great company from start to finish so happy with our purchase and the customer care.
