The ordering process was simple, easy back and forth on what’s app, information, images, prices etc.
Simple pre delivery instructions and video to make delivery seamless.
Ty and Leighton who delivered the hot tub were polite, courteous , personable and knowledgeable. They took their time with the installation and explained everything perfectly and simply. All in all, a great price, a great tub (ember pro) already more efficient than my outgoing tub. Very professional and seamless from start to finish.

The guys who came and fitted it,Tony and Leighton. Absolutely outstanding so nice even after hours of travelling, showed us step by step how to fill how to put all the chemicals and gave us lots of tips. Sorry this was late guys I put the card somewhere safe and couldn’t find it.We are really enjoying it so superior to our Lazy Spa never looking back. Thanks again x Helen and Stephen

The whole team made our journey easy. From Katie and Pauline in the office to Ty and Aaron who installed our Pure Bliss hot tub they were all great and really helpful. Ty and Aaron were super friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend H2O.

Tony & Leighton Installed our jucuzzi and they were very nice and helpful. Everything explained clearly and install was a breeze.

From the very beginning when I first had contact with Pauline the experience has been fabulous. The questions I had were never too much. From start to finish, the service from H2O Spa was absolutely outstanding. Ty and Neal carried out the installation today, and I honestly couldn't fault a single thing.

The installation was completed professionally and to a very high standard. Once everything was finished, they took the time to walk me through every aspect of the spa, making sure I fully understood how to operate it, maintain it, and look after it going forward. They didn't leave out a single detail and made sure I was completely comfortable before they left.

Both Ty and Neal were punctual, polite, well-spoken, friendly, and a real credit to H2O Spa. As someone who runs my own electrical business, I really appreciate seeing tradespeople who genuinely care about their workmanship and customer service. They're exactly the sort of installers I hope my own team reflects.

We had neal and ty install our hot tub. Great pair of fellas, knowledgeable about the tub with do’s and don’t. Patiently answering our questions with humour and banter. Tubs great and Katie and molly in the office are friendly and knowledgeable too. We wish all our buying experiences were as pleasant as it was with H2o. Can’t recommend highly enough. Had the hot tub delivered and installed today , two of the nicest guys Ty & Leighton done the install asked all the right questions as to position and what way we wanted to be facing. The whole process was very professional from beginning to end , would recommend these guys if you’re looking for a hot tub.

Brought our Hot Tub back in May. Liased with Pauline by phone and email she was so helpful and the website so good that we didn't feel we needed to visit the showroom. Hot Tub was arranged, delivered and installed within a week. Cannot fault the service to date. Would highly recommend. As for the Hot Tub itself (Azure model) we wernt sure how much we would use it but after months of thinking about it we decided to do it. We are loving it and have been in it every chance we get. Again, we highly recommend!

I made several inquiries to hot tub companies Holly was the only one to come back to me I explained what I was looking for but was out of the country until May I contacted her again and sorted a deal all the correspondence by phone and WhatsApp worked very well.it arrived on the time they said. The two guys Aaron &Neal were very friendly and professional and a credit to the company

Dan, was extremely professional, he talked through the whole service and the hot tub looked amazing when he had finished. Fast efficient service

I was very impressed with H2O hot tubs from our first visit to the showroom right up to delivery and installation.
Pauline took our order and went through all our options and even after changing our mind about which hot tub we wanted a while later nothing was too much trouble.
Katie handled the delivery side of things and kept us updated and supplied us with all the information we needed. The day before delivery we were given a time slot and told that the delivery team would update us as to their expected arrival time.
Tony and Leighton delivered and installed our hot tub. They were both very friendly and explained the process and made sure we were happy with the position before filling. Tony explained all the controls and about the chemicals. They were both very professional and a credit to the company.

From start to finish the process and product was excellent 😀Molly, Katie were fantastic and extremely helpful and the installers Ty & Neal were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to each of you, very very happy with my new hot tub 😀
